Reflections on one or two articles in Huangdi Neijing
Huangdi Neijing is one of the four earliest classics of traditional Chinese medicine. All TCM treatments must be treated according to the concept of Huangdi Neijing. The therapeutic principle of Huangdi Neijing is based on the Taoist theory of Yin and Yang. It can be said that the concept of Chinese medicine treatment is the concept of Taoism.

The most fundamental concept of Taoism is Yin and Yang, which is stated in Tao Te Ching. Everything in heaven and earth is in yin and yang. Yin and yang are also the basis of traditional Chinese medicine. Why is Yin and Yang so magical? Has it existed in China for 5000 years?

In fact, there is a certain explanation in Huangdi Neijing. We live on the earth, and we are living beings born from the earth. Then the laws of the earth must apply to us. We can also understand that this law is the embodiment of Tao. But Tao is invisible and intangible. We belong to existence. Without it, it is impossible to spy on the world. But the world of Tao from scratch is expressed through yin and yang.

Therefore, as long as we look at everything in the world from the perspective of yin and yang, we can appreciate the artistic conception of Tao, and living according to the laws of Tao is the healthiest way of life.

In modern media, a lot of health knowledge is just to attract attention, all kinds of headlines, all kinds of fog, all kinds of illusions. For example, antihypertensive drugs for hypertension either dilate blood vessels or expel water from the body. These drugs were invented only to control indicators. Therefore, high blood pressure drugs should be taken every day, and blood pressure will be very high if you don't take them.

But dilating blood vessels will lead to the fragility of blood vessels, and removing water from the body will lead to more deposition of vascular toxins. In other words, the relief of symptoms now is at the expense of the aggravation of diseases in the future. It's a treatment, shattered glass. It's a cover-up.

Then let's analyze hypertension from the perspective of Tao. First of all, blood pressure is high because some organs and tissues of the body send signals to tell the nervous system that we lack nutrition. So the nervous system commands the heart to pressurize, so that many places lacking nutrition can get nutrition. Why do some people have particularly high blood pressure? This is because some parts of the body need enough pressure to get nutrition.

Simple, right? This is how hypertension is formed. This is the action taken by the body to get enough nutrition. So why are there fewer nutrients in some parts of the body? We can think of it by looking at the laws in reality and nature. That's because the blood vessels are blocked.

Well, so far, the cause is known: blood vessel blockage!

So how to treat it? Clean up the vascular garbage. How come? In Chinese medicine, the drainage of the whole body is managed by the liver. In reality, the liver is like a city cleaner. Only when the liver function is good can the vascular garbage be cleaned up. Then the garbage will be discharged from the body. This time depends on the strength of the kidney. Kidney in traditional Chinese medicine governs defecation.

Then the plan to strengthen the function of liver and kidney has basically come out. Because the five internal organs are interrelated, it also gives some help to other internal organs in treatment. Finally, the spleen is the mother of the five internal organs, and basically any disease should be coordinated with the plan of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach.

The final plan of Fuyang is to strengthen the function of liver and kidney, strengthen the spleen and stomach, and then strengthen other viscera.

Of course, Chinese medicine pays attention to strengthening the body and eliminating evil spirits. Therefore, it is necessary to study what diseases and pathogens can cause blood vessel blockage.

Wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness and fire are nothing more than these six evils. Good. What evils can cause congestion? Think about it. If something is blocked in nature, what are its characteristics? Just when it's not moving, when it's still, when it's clogged. It's simple. Then cold and dampness correspond to six evils. Because the wind is the first of the six evils, it is equivalent to a mobile phone in the real world. So what causes hypertension is actually the combination of cold and dampness.

Next, it is analyzed that cold and dampness are endogenous and exogenous, which can be compared to civil strife and foreign invasion of a country. Then we should not eat cold food and greasy food in our diet. Greasy can lead to indigestion, which leads to the inability of food to be transported into subtle substances, resulting in internal dampness. In daily life, we should pay attention to keeping warm and not blowing.

Of course, don't forget to live according to the laws of nature, that is, spring is spring, summer is long, autumn is long, and winter is long. Pay attention to resisting God.

So find the root cause and adjust slowly. Hypertension is really good.

Next, we will analyze the consequences of taking antihypertensive drugs for a long time according to the laws of nature.

As we have learned before, lack of nutrition in a certain part of the body can lead to an increase in blood pressure. Now that we lower blood pressure, these parts of the body will not get nutrition. What will be the consequences? For example, if we can't eat, will it be embarrassing? Similarly, these parts of the body will slowly shrink without nutrition. The most troublesome thing is that the brain will also shrink, which is the legendary brain atrophy.

Then there is the unnatural long-term contraction and expansion of blood vessels. What will happen? Let's play with rubber bands. Easily brittle, poor elasticity. This is terrible for blood vessels. A little force will rupture and bleed, which may be cerebral hemorrhage. Taking vasodilators can lead to high levels of vasoconstrictor hormone in the body. As long as the drug is stopped, the blood pressure will rebound sharply, which is very dangerous. So don't stop taking the medicine casually.

Then there is diuretic. Blood vessels are made up of water and other substances. Hypertension is simple. If you drain more water, it will fall. So your blood pressure will drop. But the higher the blood concentration, the more garbage. What about hyperlipidemia and cholesterol? Even higher. ...

Of course, I just take hypertension as an example. My analysis above is based on the analogy of the phenomena existing in reality. It is not magic to treat diseases with Chinese medicine. In fact, it is to correspond things in reality with the body.

Everyone can understand that Tao is the law in reality. These laws apply to everything in the world and to our bodies. Chinese medicine treatment is to treat the body according to the laws of nature. We were born out of nature. This law-based approach is very clever.

These are my thoughts on the first two chapters of Huangdi Neijing. To sum up, there are three points: 1. Diseases should be treated according to natural laws. There are too many magic books in the world, and the real magic books are the classics handed down by our ancestors. You can only know why if you look at everything in the world from the perspective of yin and yang, so don't blindly believe the so-called experts. ...
