1. General prevention and control principles
Look for possible causes, such as working environment, living habits, diet, hobbies, thoughts and emotions, whether there are chronic diseases, internal organs diseases and so on.
2. Internal therapy
Use antihistamines to relieve itching, and use them together or alternately if necessary. Systemic eczema can be taken orally or injected with glucocorticoid, but it is not suitable for long-term use.
3. External therapy
Select the appropriate dosage forms and drugs according to the skin lesions. Local use of physiological saline, 3% boric acid or1:2000 ~1:10000 potassium permanganate solution to wash wet acute eczema, and calamine lotion to restrain protection. Subacute and chronic eczema should be treated with appropriate glucocorticoid cream, tar preparation or immunomodulator, such as tacrolimus ointment and pimecrolimus ointment. Give antibiotics to the second infected person.

2. Avoid all kinds of external stimuli, such as hot water burns, excessive scratching, cleaning and contact with potentially sensitive substances such as fur preparations. Less contact with chemical products, such as soap, washing powder, detergent, etc.
3. Avoid foods that may be allergic and irritating, such as peppers, strong tea, coffee and alcohol.
4. Use drugs under the guidance of professional doctors, and don't use drugs indiscriminately.
