What is a self-leveling floor? Please explain in detail.
According to the packaging form, the products are divided into single component (S) and double component (D). Monocomponent: Monocomponent products prepared by mixing raw materials, including cement-based cementitious materials, fine aggregates, fillers and other powdery additives. According to the manufacturer's instructions, add water and stir evenly before use. Two-component (D): A two-component material consisting of cement-based cementing material, fine aggregate, filler, other additives and polymer emulsion, prefabricated in the factory. When in use, the two components are mixed evenly according to the manufacturer's instructions before use. 1.2 products are classified into C 16, C20, C25, C30, C35 and C40 according to the compressive strength grade. 1.3 is divided into F4, F6, F7 and F 10 according to its flexural strength. Three factors needing attention before self-leveling construction: 1. Humidity: the water content of the foundation should be less than 3% (the self-leveling manufacturer requires the surface to be dry before soil application). Use CCM moisture tester. 2. Surface hardness: use a sharp chisel to cut the surface quickly, and there should be no burst at the intersection. Use a hardness tester. 3. Surface flatness: Check with a 2m ruler, and the clearance should not be greater than 2MM. Use a flatness tester. Building technology 1. Leveling treatment ① Smooth surface of cement powder or grindstone should be used for grass-roots leveling; (2) The plain land shall be maintained for more than 28 days, and the water content shall be below 8% before construction. If it is uneven or empty, it needs to be removed; (3) leveling the ground with epoxy mortar; (4) The oil pollution in the plain should be thoroughly cleaned up; ⑤ Before construction, keep the construction site dry and clean; 2. Before construction, the primer ① should be kept clean. If there is any debris attached, it should be removed. The main agent and hardener should be mixed in the correct proportion and fully stirred. ② Adjust the proper viscosity according to the ground conditions, and the construction should be completed within 4 hours. ③ The curing and hardening time of the primer is about 8 hours or longer. 3. The intermediate coating ① needs to be kept clean before construction. If there is any debris attached, it needs to be removed. Mix the main agent and curing agent according to the correct ratio, and fully stir. (2) adding a proper amount of quartz sand into the mixed resin; (3) evenly daub the material with a trowel; (4) Mixing materials needs to be completed within 30 minutes; (5) Handle the handover at the construction junction; ⑥ The curing and hardening time of the intermediate coating is about 8 hours or longer. 4. Mixing soil layer ① Mix the main agent and curing agent according to the correct proportion and fully stir; (2) evenly coating materials with a batching knife; (3) The mixing needs to be completed within 30 minutes; ④ The curing and hardening time of the batch of soil is about 8 hours or more; ⑤ According to the actual needs, the construction times should be smooth, without holes, batch knife marks and sanding marks. 5. The surface coating ① should be kept clean before construction, and if there are any sundries attached, it should be removed; (2) the main agent is stirred evenly before use; (3) mixing the main agent and the curing agent in a correct proportion and fully stirring; (4) evenly coating and mixing the materials with a roller or a trowel, and completing the construction in 30 minutes; (5) Construction joints need to be handled well; ⑥ After the construction is completed, personnel can enter here after 24 hours, and pressure can be applied after 72 hours (subject to 250C, and the opening hours will be appropriately extended at low temperature).
