Ancient diet health care
From ancient times to the present, China's health care has experienced a long history. According to legend, Peng Zu lived 800 years because of his good health. This seems impossible to explain today, at least it can explain that people began to pay attention to health preservation as early as ancient times.

The Song Dynasty paid special attention to medicine. The diet has been further developed. Among them, Chen Zhi, the author of "Providing for the Aged and Supporting the Family", systematically summarized the achievements of diet health preservation since the Tang and Song Dynasties. It is recorded that human milk increases fat and pleases people, and milk supplements labor. For example, Empress Dowager Cixi of the Qing Dynasty drank tremella soup, human milk and milk every morning to increase nutrition and whiten skin. 1940 at the age of 70, she really looks like a 40-year-old woman, saying that she has a good face.

Before the Ming Dynasty, people paid attention to the influence of spirit on health and longevity. Confucius died in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period at the age of 73. This is consistent with his open-minded spirit of emphasizing health, optimism and self-denial. Open-minded. Confucius was always optimistic about life. Once, Lord Ye asked Confucius' disciples about Confucius, and he didn't know how to answer. Confucius replied that "forgetting to eat in anger" is his career interest and self-confidence, and "being willing to make progress" is also a positive and optimistic attitude towards life.

Confucius summed up the "three commandments" of three physiological stages: youth, strength and old age: "When you are young, you should be cautious when you are short of qi and blood; When you are strong, you are not enough, you must be vigilant. " In other words, when you are young, you must have a boiling passion and don't indulge in women. Qi and blood are weak, content is not greedy. Shen Jie, a foodie, put forward "eating without words" and "avoiding food": don't eat moldy fish, rotten fish, smelly fish, and some don't eat. Don't eat it when it's not ripe. Don't eat minced meat, don't eat sauce vinegar without seasoning. His diet principle is to adjust his diet in four seasons, not to say that he wants to eat delicious food.

Life is seventy years old. Throughout the historical records, famous doctors in past dynasties are a special longevity group. Among them, Sun Simiao, the oldest pharmacist in China (AD 58 1-682) died at the age of 10 1. A famous physician and hygienist in Tang Dynasty, the founder of traditional gerontology.

Examples of self-cultivation and longevity: Sun Simiao in the Tang Dynasty paid the most attention to self-cultivation and achieved practical results through personal practice. Sun Shi has repeatedly expounded the relationship between Xiu De and longevity in "A Thousand Daughters to Prescription". If you have bad virtue, you won't live longer. According to records, he was sickly since childhood, seeking medical treatment everywhere and exhausting his family wealth, so he studied hard and devoted himself to studying medicine. He lived a quiet life, not for fame and fortune.

At the same time, he opposed some absurd theology and miracle theories in ancient times, as well as the smelting of mercury, lead, cinnabar, sulfur and other fairy medicines. He often goes over mountains to see a doctor or get medicine. He is not greedy for money, cares about patients, shows off himself and attacks others.

It is said that after Sun Simiao became famous as a doctor, he always felt that he was inferior to others in some medical skills. In order to learn more medical knowledge, he changed his name to a pharmacy in the county and became an apprentice to a famous doctor. On one occasion, the foreign minister brought his daughter to see a doctor and said that her stomach would hurt from time to time. After feeling the pulse, the doctor thought that there were worms in the patient's stomach, so he prescribed a dose of insecticide. Sun Simiao took the prescription and looked at it. He felt that the prescription was too small for the bug to knock down. Hearing this, the doctor in class patted the table and said angrily, "I have been practicing medicine for decades and have crossed more bridges than you." Do you think it's strange that it's important to get the medicine quickly! "After the girl took the medicine, her stomach didn't hurt. The members are very happy, and the doctor in the room is also very proud. Unexpectedly, when the little girl was about to go home, she felt more pain than when she came. The member was furious and asked several doctors who were at a loss in the hall. He suddenly remembered what his apprentice said when he was grasping medicine, and quickly called him elsewhere to ask why. Sun Simiao said, "Miss's illness shows that there are many bugs in her stomach, but the medicine prescribed by her husband can only stun the bugs, but can't kill them. Miss, the pain has stopped temporarily after taking the medicine. That's because the bug is poisoned. But after a while, the bug woke up and retaliated, so the lady's stomach hurt more than before. " The doctor sitting here is convinced of this. In order to cure the little girl's illness and cope with the current situation, he quickly refilled the medicine according to his apprentice's instructions. Shortly after the girl took it, the worm was excreted and her stomach stopped hurting. Later, after repeated inquiries by the visiting doctor, I learned that this person is the famous Sun Simiao, and I was deeply impressed by his shameless academic attitude.

In his later years, he wrote "The Golden Prescription of North Qian Ji", which recorded the prescription of taking Lycium barbarum root and Polygonatum paste, all of which had a certain effect on prolonging life.

Centenary is not uncommon, mostly caused by lust. Remember, a gentleman can be temperate. The secret of longevity is not nourishing, but optimistic attitude towards life.
