5, suffocating the sea.
Rub your hands hot, put your right hand on your navel, put your left hand on your right back, and rub your hands together for about 36 times.
Requirements: stick the meat on the navel by hand, otherwise it will affect the effect.
6, kidney.
Rub the two Shenshu points on the back of the waist with both hands at the protruding part above Hegu point, up and down once, each rubbing 8 1 time; Or until the skin is hot.
7, swallowing gold liquid.
Hold your hands together in front of your lower abdomen, wash your teeth with your tongue and stir in circles for nine weeks. When your mouth is full of body fluid, swallow it three times and send it to Xiadantian with your mind, and repeat it twice.
Requirements: stir up the saliva as much as possible and swallow it three times.
8, spit turbid gas.
Hands up, shoulder height, palms outward. Exhale three times with your mind, spit out the qi and turbid qi in your body from your mouth and come out from Laogong point in your hand.
Requirements: spit turbid gas, three, six or nine mouths can be used until it is exhausted; Achieve the purpose of removing turbidity and leaving clear.
