1. Spraying maintenance of high piers: In high piers and sections without running water, a plastic water tank is set at the pier top, and water is regularly injected into the water tank through a hose with a high-pressure water pump and a water wheel, and then the concrete of the pier is sprayed through the PVC pipe spraying system shown in the figure.

2. Spray curing of low pier: In the low pier section with tap water supply, the hose is directly connected to tap water and the PVC pipe spraying system at the pier top, which is controlled by the ground valve and sprayed by the PVC pipe spraying system to cure pier concrete.

3. Cushion stone maintenance: spray and cover the surface of the cushion stone, and fill the bolt hole with water for maintenance.

4. Pier body wrapping and maintenance: In order to avoid excessive evaporation, high temperature, low temperature and uneven maintenance, the pier body shall be wrapped in double layers in time after formwork removal.

The inner layer of the package is made of non-woven fabric and the outer layer is made of plastic film to prevent moisture emission and the influence of high and low temperatures. The outer package should be sealed and tied with rope to ensure that it is closely attached to the concrete surface and will not be blown by the wind.

A water tank is arranged at the top of the pier, and a spraying system is arranged in the bag. The setting and water supply mode of the spray system are the same as those of the spray maintenance system.
