The Six Schools of Tai Ji Chuan

Tai Ji Chuan is a kind of gentle and gentle boxing which combines various boxing methods of past dynasties, ancient biography and breathing, and absorbs classical philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine theory. Today, I'm going to tell you about the six schools of Taiji Chuan. Welcome to read them.

There are six schools in Tai Ji Chuan: Chen, Yang, Wu, Sun, Wu and Zhao Bao.

1, biography of Chen taiji

Tai Ji Chuan of most other schools (such as Yang style, Wu style, Wu style and Sun style) has a certain relationship with Chen style Tai Ji Chuan.

2. Biography of Yang Taiji

Yang Lvchan, a native of Yongnian, Hebei Province, studied under Chen Changxing (a descendant of Chen Taiji) in Chenjiagou, Jiaozuo, Henan Province. On the basis of Chen Taiji's biography, Yang Lvchan and his son Yang Jianhou and grandson Yang Chengfu jointly created and developed the Biography of Yang Taiji.

3. Wu Tai Ji Chuan

At the end of Qing Dynasty, Wu Yuxiang, a native of Yongnian, Hebei Province, loved Yang Luchan's skills after he returned from Chenjiagou, Jiaozuo, Henan. He studied under Old Taiji Biography and Chen Qingping's Zhao Bao. After revision, he created the biography of martial arts Taiji.

Wushu Tai Ji Chuan is characterized by its rigorous posture, compact posture, slow movement, rigorous footwork and clear distinction between reality and falsehood. The forward and backward rotation of the chest and abdomen is always positive, and the shape is mainly the transformation of excess and deficiency and the "internal gas latent rotation". The left and right hands are in charge of half the body, but they can't reach the toes.

4. Biography of Sun Taiji

Sun Lutang, a native of Wanxian County, Hebei Province (now Shunping County, Baoding, Hebei Province), studied under Li, then under Li's master Guo, and then under Cheng. Later, he learned Tai Ji Chuan from Hao Weizhen, and then added the essence of three boxing methods, namely, Bagua, Xingyiquan and Taiji, to create a "Sun-style Tai Ji Chuan".

Sun-style Tai Ji Chuan is characterized by freedom of advance and retreat, stretching and moving, agility, and freedom of opening and closing when changing direction, so it is also called "opening and closing Tai Ji Chuan".

5. Zhao Bao Tai Chi Chuan

Zhaobao Taiji Legend was formed in Zhaobao Town, wen county City, Henan Province. There are two theories about its origin. A legend was created by Zhang Sanfeng, the founder of Wudang Tai Ji Chuan, spread by Wudang Tai Ji Chuan and taught by Wang Zongyue. Another way of saying this is a routine of Chen-style Tai Ji Chuan's new frame, which was originally created by Chen Qingping, a disciple of Chen Youben. Because it first spread in Zhaobao Town, wen county City, Henan Province, people called it "Zhaobao Frame".

6. Wutai Jichuan

Manchu people are all friends, and they came from Daxing, Hebei Province in the late Qing Dynasty. At first, they were the big shelf of Tai Chi transmission with Yang Lu Zen, and later they were the small shelf of Yang Lu Zen, which is famous for its softness. Created the biography of Wu Taj Mahal.

Introduction of Curriculum Types in Tai Ji Chuan

As we all know, Tai Ji Chuan, as one of China's national martial arts, has already formed a profound cultural thing, and it is also the most popular fitness program with the largest number of participants.

As we all know, Tai Ji Chuan, as one of the national Wushu in China, has formed a cultural thing with a deep foundation. It is also a fitness program that the public likes and participates in the largest number of students. The more people study it, the deeper it becomes. There are many experts in it, and there are five schools in Tai Ji Chuan: Chen, Yang, Wu, Wu and Sun. After the founding of New China, there were 24, 48, 88 and 42 Tai Ji Chuan, 32 and 42 Taiji swords. The five major schools in Tai Ji Chuan are briefly introduced as follows according to their origins:

A, Chen taiji biography:

Mainly by Professor Chen Changxing from Chenjiagou, Henan Province, the hometown of martial arts, among which Chen Fake is the most famous. It is characterized by combining rigidity with softness and combining speed, which can be divided into new racks, old racks, large racks and small racks.

Two. Juvenile taiji biography:

Yang Luchan learned boxing from Yang Changxing, then went to Beijing to give boxing, and passed it on to his sons Yang Jianhou and Yang Jianhou to Yang Chengfu, which was widely circulated in Yang Chengfu. It is characterized by uniform, gentle and generous stretching.

3. Wu Taiji Biography:

Wu Yu studied under Yang Luchan and then under Chen Qingping of Zhaobao, Henan. Wu, his younger brother, collated Wang Zongyue's Taiji Biography in Wuyang Salt Shop, Henan Province, and made a thorough study and improvement. It is characterized by flexible movements and fast footwork.

Four. Tai Ji Chuan, Sun Shi:

Sun Lutang, a plane, got a fist from Hao Weizhen and improved it. It is characterized by opening and closing, ups and downs, compactness and walking.

5. Oh Tai Chi Chuan:

Wu Quanjian studied under his father, Wu Quanyou (a disciple of Yang Luchan), and formed his own system. It is characterized by compactness, flexibility and moderate size.

In addition, Tai Ji Chuan can be divided into the following three types according to the size of the rack:

First, the big framework:

Chen's, Yang's, eighty-eight, twenty-four and forty-two styles generally use large frames. The big rack is characterized by generous fists and light spirit.

2. Intermediate rack:

Tai Ji Chuan, represented by Wu, has a moderate boxing frame and is good at softening.

3. Small framework:

Represented by Sun Shi Tai Ji Chuan, his posture is compact and his pace is vivid. (Excerpted from traditional health sports: WuJianwei)

Characteristics of Tai Ji Chuan

There are many schools in Tai Ji Chuan, which can be summarized as follows:

1. Stretch generously, combining rigidity with softness.

Tai Ji Chuan fully embodies the word "slowness", which means slowness gives birth to softness, softness has rigidity, and both rigidity and softness are combined. It is precisely because of this characteristic of Tai Ji Chuan that people of different ages, sexes and constitutions can engage in sports, especially for those who are weak and have some chronic diseases, which is a better physical therapy.

2. Coherence and consistency, round and natural

The whole set of Tai Ji Chuan exercises, with uniform speed, strong continuity and seemingly continuous flow, requires the upper limbs to bend everywhere, avoid going straight, and keep the joints naturally bent. Practice has proved that exercising through circular activities is beneficial to the roundness and naturalness of movements, and also embodies the characteristics of softness.

3. Internal and external training, coordination and integrity

Tai Ji Chuan pays attention to the integration of inner (thoughts, breathing) and outer (trunk, limbs movements), and uses consciousness to guide movements, that is, intention to follow, strong hands and coordination of all parts of the body. At the same time, according to the requirements of inhalation and exhalation, the breathing and movements are naturally coordinated, so that the whole body is coordinated and complete, and all parts of the body develop evenly.

Tai Ji Chuan's health-preserving function

First, the function of digestive organs.

Tai Ji Chuan exercise, due to the cooperation of reverse abdominal breathing, increased the breathing depth, made the diaphragm move up and down, promoted the function of digestive organs to be greatly increased, eliminated the accumulated gas in the stomach, kept the Gu Dao unobstructed, adjusted and improved the meridians and digestive system, and provided sufficient intake and supply of ying Wei. At the same time, the secretion function of salivary gland fluid increases, and saliva flows into the stomach with breathing, which not only promotes the digestion ability of the stomach, but also helps the self-treatment function in human body and prevents many diseases from happening easily.

Second, the function of the heart system.

When people are quiet, the opening of hair vessels only accounts for about 2.5% of the total number, and the circulation speed of qi and blood is slow, and the muscles of skeletal muscles are in the limbs, so the required supply of camp and health is reduced, just like a high tap water pipe, which is short of water due to water pressure or water pipe blockage, whether the heartbeat and blood circulation in the blood vessels are smooth or not. When people practice Tai Ji Chuan, their limbs contract and flex at a certain posture and flexion speed, and their internal qi expands, and their movements are gentle and gentle. Because the blood circulation speed is accelerated, the waste in the blood is removed, the capillaries are fully supplied, the physiological function is maintained, and the invasion of germs and other toxic substances is avoided, so it has obvious effects on preventing and treating arteriosclerosis, hypertension, myocardial infarction and coronary heart disease.

Third, the function of the nervous system.

According to the research of sports doctors, Tai Ji Chuan's relaxation, slowness, uniformity, softness, lightness and fluency, coupled with the fluctuation of microwave, can make the cerebral cortex in a state of self-restraint and rest, thus restoring the dysfunction caused by excessive excitement or strenuous exercise. Because when the cerebral cortex is inhibited, the oxygen consumption decreases, the oxygen content in the cerebral blood increases, the frequency of brain electromagnetic waves increases, and the mental activity of the central nervous system responsible for the human body returns to normal, so it has the best therapeutic effect on insomnia, dizziness, neurasthenia and other diseases.

Fourth, the function of respiratory organs.

The main respiratory organ of the human body is the lung, which completes the gas exchange between the body and the outside world. Human respiration is related to gender, sexual age, body posture, altitude, temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind direction and wind speed. Under normal circumstances, men breathe 12 to 18 times per minute, and women 13 to 65438+. The movement of the diaphragm of zang-fu organs is between one and two centimeters, but when practicing Tai Ji Chuan, the body is guided by qi at will, while the body is guided by the cooperation of limbs, so that the qi is distributed all over the body and the pores of the whole body are wide open. The cosmic qi inhaled from the pores of the whole body meets and merges with the vitality in the body in Dantian. Due to reverse abdominal breathing, not only the diaphragm movement increased by four to five times, but also the upright vital capacity of the body increased. Medical proverbs say that "an inch smaller waist can prolong life for ten years", and the whole body is well developed, so that all organs of the whole body can play their due normal functions, provide nutrients needed by each cell, play a potential self-treatment function, inhibit muscle atrophy, hair loss and skeletal softening, not only slow down aging and degeneration, but also prevent and treat various respiratory diseases.

Five, the regulation of visceral function

The main function of Tai Ji Chuan exercise is to regulate and control the functions of zang-fu organs. According to the conclusion of modern medical research, "because the internal organs of human body are managed by autonomic nervous system, and autonomic nerve is composed of sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve, many diseases in human body are caused by dysfunction of autonomic nerve. For example, if you can always make slow, gentle, smooth and natural movements, your limbs will interact with internal qi, adjust the autonomic nervous system together with the central nervous system, and maintain the functions of internal organs. " Consciously guiding the internal and external combined and interactive Tai Ji Chuan exercise can not only regulate the visceral function, but also nourish the bones and muscles, so that the heart rate is normal, the qi and blood are renewed, the gastrointestinal peristalsis is normal and rapid, the intake of camp guards is good, the mood is stable, the spirit is full and vigorous, and the life can be prolonged and naturally successful.

Core of Taiji Chuan Technology

(1) will to fight

Will is the basis of the attacker's psychological quality and the spiritual pillar for the attacker to win. The indomitable toughness and tenacious fighting spirit in the offensive and defensive confrontation depend on strong offensive and defensive will, which is a spiritual force that cannot be ignored.

The battle report says, "A man who is afraid will never win." Strong will will make the attacker burst into extraordinary strength in the most difficult time of the battle, and even save the defeat. A strong will to attack is to believe in one's own strength, have a high degree of adaptability to all kinds of difficulties faced, and have no soft psychological obstacles such as depression, disappointment and laissez-faire.

When we are training in Tai Ji Chuan, no matter what kind of player our opponent is, we must first strengthen our willpower.

Strong will not only reflects its power in the offensive and defensive confrontation, but also is a reliable guarantee for the normal play of skills and tactics. The psychological quality of boxing is gradually honed and cultivated through the training of pushing hands and Sanshou, which is an organic combination of experience, technology and endurance.

Only by continuous study, hard training, summing up experience, drawing lessons, and constantly groping and honing in various offensive and defensive environments can we create a comprehensive and excellent psychological quality.

(2) offensive and defensive thinking

Tactical thinking includes pre-war thinking and in-war thinking. Pre-war thinking is generally an objective analysis of known or unknown combat objects, such as height, strength and technical characteristics. And on the basis of intimate friends, try our best to understand and master their technical strength and psychological activities, so as to know ourselves and ourselves.

Not everyone is suitable for mastering this skill. To master this function, we need to accumulate some experience and gradually understand and summarize it.

Mastering the primary information, you can quickly reflect the foresight of skills and tactics in your mind, thus making a preliminary variable attack plan. Such as: whether to wait and see or take the initiative; Whether it is luring the enemy to deceive the enemy or defending the attack, only by knowing ourselves before the war can we develop our strengths and avoid our weaknesses in the attack and win every battle.

Therefore, we must have our own ideas and thinking in fighting and attacking, and it is the most reliable to find out the corresponding strategies in various situations.

Thinking in war refers to whether you can judge your opponent's technical weakness through his technical characteristics in the process of fighting, so as to formulate techniques and tactics to give full play to your strengths and overcome the enemy's weaknesses.

Smart and changeable' adjusts the structural layout that adapts to one's own skills and tactics, so that the skills and tactics are closely and effectively coordinated. It is not enough to defeat the enemy by one's own psychological advantage, so an excellent Tai Ji Chuan boxer should not only have good physique and skills, but also have objective and reasonable fighting thinking.

(3) the courage to attack

Courage is an important psychological quality to adjust psychological balance and ensure emotional stability in technical and offensive confrontation. Whether you can be calm and fearless in the process of fighting. Whether fighting skills can be effectively played depends on the psychological quality of fighting courage.

As the saying goes, an artist is bold, and his courage must be backed by superb technology. The normal play of offensive and defensive techniques must be guaranteed by corresponding courage. Even if you suddenly encounter an enemy, you won't panic, so that "Mount Tai collapses in front of you without changing color, and the elk is interested in the left without blinking."

At present, the great enemy should have the heroic spirit of fighting to the death with the enemy, and be energetic inside and calm outside. "I want to win, I want to attack people, I want to be superman, I want to deceive people, God wants to force people, art wants to crush people, cut the gordian knot, hit my head on my teeth, elbow on my knee, punch and kick, attack on all fronts, and show no mercy."

As the boxing proverb says, "invincible will be feared by the heart", in martial arts, "planning an operation will hurt the spirit, and the wicked heart calls it the best policy, and the hands and feet will win the hearts of the people." The courage to fight and attack is a psychological quality that cannot be ignored and should be paid enough attention to.

Formula and method of Tai Ji Chuan

First, the virtual spirit is strong.

When practicing Tai Ji Chuan, always keep your head straight and gently lift Baihui point upward, that is, lift the rope. This is one of the most basic ways to practice Tai Ji Chuan.

In order to achieve the top strength of virtual spirit, we must first find out the position of Baihui point. Baihui point is located at the hair spinning place in the center of the human head, that is, seven inches upward from the middle of the back hairline, also known as Sanyang, Sanyang, Wu Hui, Wu Hui, Dianshang, Tianman, Weihui, Mud Pillow Palace, Shang Ling and Tianling, which are the commanding heights of the human body. "On Boxing" says: "Baihui points hold the whole body". The top strength of virtual spirit is to clear the air and ascend to Baihui point.

How does clear air grow? "On Boxing" said: "You must be calm and calm, and the turbidity will drop. Once the situation is over, the upper body will be clear and the gas will be attributed to Tian Chan. If you cover your heart, you will be angry. " Ascending, qi returns to Dantian, starting from perineum, ascending along abdomen, protruding, practicing Quan and Dushan Jing, or starting from perineum, which is too long and too strong, and ascending to Baihui along spine.

What is "top strength"? "On Boxing" says: "Those who are full of energy are those who are angry with their heads". If the middle qi fails to lead, the healthy qi will collapse, and the limbs will be weak and have no attachment, just like a pile of mud. How can you talk about boxing?

But the jacking force is by no means a hard top, and the hard top is a hard force, not a real jacking force. "Collar, meaning for the sky. Don't be too angry. " . Too much healthy qi will rush to the head, with heavy head, unstable feet, ineffective torsion, impassable qi pulse, and full of horizontal qi in the chest, which is harmful to health.

You can't be too strong. If you can't, you won't be able to lift your spirits. Therefore, "On Boxing" said: "Those who are interested and those who are not, it doesn't matter whether they are light or heavy, but they are not as good as them." "Boxing is about jacking force, and the jacking force is good, and the whole body spirit does it one brace up."

It is not only the basic essentials that must be strictly followed in boxing, but also a boxing realm. It is difficult to really understand the meaning and accurately grasp the essentials when you just start practicing boxing. As long as the internal qi begins to fluctuate, the clear qi is produced and abundant, the bladder meridian is hot, and the abdomen is vast, you can truly experience the wonderful realm of inspiration, ethereal and ethereal. However, from the beginning, practitioners must strictly abide by the essentials of virtual spirit. Otherwise, it will be difficult to practice Tai Ji Chuan well, and there will be no clear air, and there will be no future clear air rising, turbid air falling, free access and free will.

Second, including chest collapse.

Holding the chest and collapsing the waist means that when the knees are folded, the chest stands slightly inward, the mood drops, the waist strength collapses naturally, and the blood vessels in the whole body are unobstructed; If you want to bend your back, you have to have breasts. The two cannot be carried out separately, but should be the premise and care for each other.

Keep your chest firm and don't stand outside. If your chest stands outside, it will cause you to hold your chest, which will make you feel heavy, and your feet and legs will float up and your center of gravity will be unstable. There is strength all around, but it is not tight, but "the chest is as empty as a stone". "On Boxing" says: "The middle chest and abdomen, from Tiantu point to Yinjiao, Qihai, Shimen and Guanyuan, are like bows, meaning to hold the chest, and try to live together, which is empty." "Chest loose, chest loose, everything is happy, unintentionally, nor unintentionally. From Gai Hua to Shimen, there must be something empty, and you can't let the horizontal gas fill your chest. " "The chest diaphragm is discharged to the soles of the feet, which means that it can't be discharged to the abdomen." In other words, when qi can't penetrate the whole body, it will sink into the abdomen even if it can't sink directly into Yongquan point. Over time, I can get through the whole body.

Don't bend over when you collapse, bend your waist into a hunchback, the meridians and bones are bent and compressed, and qi and blood are blocked; Don't be soft when you collapse. If you are soft, you will lose your vitality. "On Boxing" said: "The waist is the turning point of the upper and lower body hinges, which can not be soft or hard, and can be folded on it." When you break down, "your waist is strong and expensive." "Above the waist, under the waist, seems to be the trend of winning. In fact, they are closely linked and go hand in hand. "

If chest collapse is carried out at the same time, the joints that hit the body will be opened everywhere, so that the clear gas in the abdomen can reach Baihui point long and smoothly, and the sinking gas can also sink smoothly to the abdomen and reach Yongquan. The qi of the whole body starts from the abdomen and flows out in four directions. There are six points in the heart meridian, which are divided into two branches, each of which starts from the left and right shoulders, from the palace of bone doubt to the left and right fingers; The other four acupoints are divided into two strands, each of which goes down to the left and right legs and penetrates into the left and right toes through bone seams to ensure the strength of deficiency qi.

So it's important to bend your back with your chest. Only by careful mastery can the qi and blood of the whole body run freely, and this basic principle must be strictly observed.

Third, relax your waist and nourish your qi.

Relaxing the waist and nourishing qi is to relax the waist to cultivate the integrity in the body, which is also the basic essentials that Tai Ji Chuan must follow when practicing.

Relaxing waist and nourishing qi is related to chest collapse, but the main points are different. Collapse refers to the collapse of waist strength, and qi naturally sinks into the abdomen; Loosening the waist means relaxing the waist in order to maintain and cultivate healthy qi. When it collapsed, it was "waist-strong and solid." When loosening the waist, "the waist should be empty, and when it is empty, it will work from top to bottom."

"On Boxing" said: "The waist is like an axle, and the gas is like a wheel". The waist can't be tight, and the whole body will be stiff if it is tight; The waist should be loose, so that the kidney qi can flow in and out smoothly, and the vital qi of all parts of the body can be connected up and down, so that the abdomen can pass through the whole body. Clear gas rises, turbid gas falls, rushes to Baihui, and goes down to Yongquan, where the gas moves at will and opens everywhere. Over time, the internal gas is naturally filled. Therefore, relaxing the waist can nourish qi.

Relaxing the waist and nourishing qi can transport the deficiency of the whole body, promote the change of yin and yang, and make the hand move enough, the waist as the axis, and the circle turn from itself. Fight with others, advance and retreat moderately, attack and defense moderately, combine rigidity with softness, relax moderately, be angry when something happens, and be firm and invincible.

Loosen your hips first. The hip is the root of the waist, and you can loosen the waist by loosening the hip. Hip looseness, waist looseness and qi pulse can be passed, and acupoints such as Yongquan, Dantian and Baihui can be passed in one breath.

When practicing Tai Ji Chuan, we should attach great importance to the skill of relaxing the waist, and cultivate a broad and long-lasting spirit to achieve the magic of Tai Chi.

Fourth, distinguish between reality and unreality

The whole body, limbs and bones are divided into true and false everywhere, so it is necessary to distinguish between true and false when practicing all the movements of Tai Ji Chuan. Actions can distinguish between virtual and real, that is, they can be flexibly changed, so that they can last, and the degree of relaxation can be evenly changed without being sleepy.

When practicing Tai Ji Chuan, not only your hands should be empty, but also your feet should be empty. Left hand and left foot, right hand and right foot should also go up and down together. In practice, virtual reality should be distinguished. The left hand is actually empty, and so is the right hand. One move, one potential, virtual reality, and mystery.

Virtual, not devoid of power; Reality, not all realized, accounts for reality. It's just different proportions. Beginners, the movements can be big or empty, and they can choose the middle box or small box to practice according to their physical condition, age change and kung fu progress. For example, the score of 28 will become a small virtual reality, and it will become scores of 37, 46 and so on. Small virtual and small real, because the scope of action is small, the conversion between virtual and real is more flexible.

Distinguish between reality and reality, but not too biased. The so-called "deviation" means that the eccentric distance of a person's center of gravity exceeds the middle third of the distance between his feet. Excessive deviation is not conducive to transformation, easy to be hit, and difficult to deal with the enemy flexibly. Distinguishing truth from reality is not too real, but too dull; Don't want space, space will float, nothing will fall, and the foundation will be unstable.

Distinguish between reality and reality, and pay attention to the remedy of the corner hand. When interacting with people, you often find yourself leaning towards the corner. You should pay attention to correcting your prejudice against reality with horn hands and improvise to defeat the enemy.

To distinguish between reality and reality, exercisers should try their best to be concealed in appearance and clear-headed. "If the heart is empty, if the heart is guilty, the four bodies are empty, the abdomen and waist are solid, and the three places are solid and empty. This is called emptiness and reality. " "Real is virtual, virtual is real. Taiji is naturally used skillfully, and it is only when the result is realized that its logic is exquisite. " "opening and closing the virtual reality into the boxing classics." Distinguish between the real and the false, get the main points of the change of the real and the false, and play with them carefully. I believe practitioners will gradually understand the true taste of Tai Chi.

Five, heavy shoulders and elbows

Sinking shoulders and lowering elbows is a step to relax hips and knees, including collapsing chest and waist, relaxing and sinking two shoulder wells, causing elbows to collapse, relaxing joints of the whole body, sinking the heart and abdomen, clearing the air and rising, and turbid air descending to Yongquan, running through the whole body and reaching four ends.

Shoulder sinking and elbow collapse should be consistent with each other. Only shoulder sink will lead to elbow collapse, only chest collapse will lead to waist collapse, and only chest collapse will lead to shoulder sink and elbow collapse. Otherwise, you can't integrate the strength of your whole body, and you won't follow up when you exercise, and your blood gas is not smooth.

"On Boxing" said: "The fist is all in the collar, and the turn is all in the shoulder. After working for a long time, the shoulder seam will open itself, and you can't force it. If the left shoulder and the right shoulder cannot be relaxed, the transfer will not work. " "The arm is like hanging on the shoulder." "When the elbow sinks, if it doesn't sink, the shoulder will rise and it is not suitable for use." It's all about the basic essentials of sinking shoulders and dropping elbows.

The shoulders should be relaxed, the upper body is stiff and not relaxed, the qi pulse is blocked, and the abdomen can not be completed. But shoulder loosening is not shoulder dropping, and shoulder dropping is not spirit; Don't shrug your shoulders, your shoulders are not full of qi and blood, and your middle qi can't reach four ends. Therefore, "On Boxing" said: "If your shoulders fall, you can't stand up." He also said: "Always loosen your shoulders. When you see something rising, you will soon loosen up." But if you have to go up and listen, it will be loose, not loose, and the whole humeral rotation will not work. Therefore, the appropriate width is wide, and the appropriate looseness is loose. At the end of each situation, the chest is folded forward and the shoulders echo each other. "

When exerting force, you should sink your shoulders and hang your elbows, including your chest and waist, and your knees are opposite to the tips of your elbows up and down, so that the outer triad and the inner triad work closely together and the whole body echoes the exertion. Over time, kung fu became its own system.
