Zhang Shiying, No.,born in Yaozhou, Shaanxi Province, is an associate researcher, a researcher at Sun Simiao Institute, a senior researcher at Hong Kong Modern Medical Research Center, the director and deputy secretary-general of Shaanxi Sun Simiao Institute, a professor at the International Institute of Health Medicine, and a member of the China Society for the History of Science and Technology, the China Medical Association and the Chinese Museum Society.
