(1) indications

There are 45 acupoints in the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming (Figure 8-3 1), which are mainly used to treat bowel sounds, abdominal distension, edema, stomachache, vomiting, thirst, epistaxis, sore throat, fever, madness and other symptoms along the meridian.

1. Chengqi

Indications: Eyelid twitching, redness and swelling, tears in the wind, night blindness and myopia; Oral eye deviation, hemifacial spasm.

[Acupuncture] Puncture 0.3 ~ 0.7 inch slowly close to the lower edge of the orbit, so it is not advisable to pull and insert it to avoid hematoma. No moxibustion.

2. Four white people

[Methods] When the pupil 1 inch is straight down, the suborbital foramen is sunken (Figure 8-32).

Indications: Eyelid twitching, itchy eyes, blurred vision and myopia; Head and face pain, mouth and eyes askew; Headache, dizziness.

[Acupuncture] Straight 0.2 ~ 0.4 inch is not suitable for moxibustion.

3. Jaws

【 Method 】 Look straight at the eyes, with the pupil down, and take it at the level of the lower edge of the alar (Figure 8-32).

Indications: oral lip, nosebleed, toothache, facial pain, swelling of lips and cheeks; Eyelid twitching.

[Acupuncture method] Punch 0.3 ~ 0.6 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

4. Basement

【 Method 】 Take 0.4 inch from the corner of the mouth and take it off (Figure 8-32).

[indications] excessive salivation in the mouth; Toothache, swollen cheeks; Eyelid twitching.

[Acupuncture] Acupuncture can be performed by needling 0.5 ~ 1.5 inch in the buccal direction.

【 Selection 】 This acupoint is located at a horizontal finger depression in front of the mandibular angle, which is located at the highest point of the masseter muscle uplift when occluding and slightly depressed when opening the mouth (Figure 8-33).

Indications: Buccal swelling and toothache; Mouth closed, teeth closed.

[Acupuncture] Straight needling is 0.3 ~ 0.5 inch, or oblique needling 1 ~ 1.5 inch to the base. Moxibustion is acceptable.

7. Shimonoseki Port City (Japan)

[Method] It was taken at the depression of the lower edge of zygomatic arch, in front of mandibular condyle (Figure 8-33).

[Indications] Deafness, tinnitus and deafness; Toothache, facial pain, mouth and eyes askew.

[Acupuncture] Puncture 0.5 ~ 1.2 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

8. Head size

【 Method 】 Take it from the front edge of the sideburns, 0.5 inches straight into the hairline and 4.5 inches away from Shenting (Figure 8-33).

Indications: headache and dizziness; Eyelids moving, tears in the wind, blurred vision.

[Acupuncture] Stab backward for 0.5 ~ 1 inch, and do not moxibustion.

【 Method 】 Flat throat, take the anterior edge of sternocleidomastoid muscle, which is 65438 0.5 inches away from the throat (Figure 8-34).

Indications: dyspnea, sore throat, headache and hypertension; Scrofula, scrofula tumor, bad diet.

[Acupuncture] Avoid the common carotid artery and stab it 0.2 ~ 0.4 inch. No moxibustion.

14. Warehouse

【 Method 】 Take the first intercostal space on the back breast line (Figure 8-35).

24. Sliding door

[Methods] Take the supine position, 65438 0 inches above the umbilicus and 2 inches away from the anterior midline (Figure 8-36).

[Indications] Vomiting and stomachache; Crazy.

[Acupuncture] Puncture 0.8 ~ 1.2 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

Shu Tian.

【 Method 】 Take 2 inches near the umbilicus (Figure 8-36).

Indications: Abdominal distension, bowel sounds, periumbilical pain, constipation, diarrhea and dysentery; Dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation; An accident.

[Acupuncture] Puncture 0.8 ~ 1.2 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

26. Wail

[Methods] Take 65438 0 inches under the umbilicus and 2 inches beside the midline (Figure 8-36).

Indications: Abdominal pain, hernia and dysmenorrhea.

28. Watercourses

【 Method 】 Take 3 inches below the umbilicus and 2 inches beside the midline (Figure 8-36).

Indications: small abdominal distension, dysuria; Hernia and dysmenorrhea; Nocturnal emission and premature ejaculation.

[Acupuncture] Puncture 0.8 ~ 1.2 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

29. Return

【 Method 】 Take 4 inches below the umbilicus and 2 inches beside the midline (Figure 8-36).

[Indications] Abdominal pain and hernia; Irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, yin stiffness, leucorrhea.

[Acupuncture] Puncture 0.8 ~ 1.2 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

30. Air flushing

【 Method 】 Take 5 inches below the umbilicus and 2 inches beside the midline (Figure 8-36).

Indications: abdominal pain; Swelling and pain of vulva, hernia and impotence; Irregular menstruation, infertility, fetal diseases.

[Acupuncture] Punch 0.8 ~ 1.2 inch straight.

3 1. Liu Guan

【 Method 】 Lie on your back, on the connecting line between the anterior superior iliac spine and the outer edge of the patella, and take the corresponding position of the branches of the Sun Bladder Meridian (Figure 8-37).

Indications: flaccidity and numbness of the epiphysis, cold pain in the waist and knees, sudden numbness.

[Acupuncture] Puncture 0.8 ~ 1.2 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

32. Futu

[Methods] On the connecting line between the anterior superior iliac spine and the outer edge of patella, take 6 inches above the outer edge of patella (Figure 8-37).

Indications: lumbago and leg pain, knee paralysis and beriberi; Hernia.

[Acupuncture] 1 ~ 2 inches can be used for moxibustion.

33. Yinshi

[Methods] On the connecting line between the anterior superior iliac spine and the outer edge of patella, take 3 inches above the outer edge of patella (Figure 8-37).

Indications: Abdominal distension and abdominal pain; Paralysis of legs and knees, unfavorable flexion and extension.

[Acupuncture method] Acupoint 1 ~ 1.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

34. Liang Qiu (acupoint)

[Methods] On the connecting line between the anterior superior iliac spine and the outer edge of patella, take 2 inches above the outer edge of patella (Figure 8-37).

[Indications] Stomach pain and mammary abscess; Knee swelling, lower limb paralysis.

[Acupuncture method] Acupoint 1 ~ 1.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

35.calf nose

【 Method 】 Bend your knees and take the patella below the lateral depression of patellar ligament (Figure 8-38).

Indications: swelling and pain of knee, unfavorable joint flexion and extension, beriberi.

[Acupuncture] Oblique needling is 0.8 ~ 1.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

36. Zusanli (junction; The lower stomach point (selection method) takes 3 inches under the nose of the calf and a horizontal finger on the outside of the anterior crest of the tibia (Figure 8-38).

Indications: stomachache, vomiting, burping, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, bowel sounds, dyspepsia, diarrhea, constipation, dysentery and malnutrition; Carbuncle of breast; Dizziness, tinnitus, palpitation, shortness of breath, cough and asthma; Insomnia, madness; Paralysis of lower limbs, soreness of tibia and knee; Virtual and thin; Maternal blood dizzy.

[Acupuncture] 1 ~ 2 inches can be used for moxibustion.

37. Upper giant deficiency (node of lower colon)

【 Method 】 Take 6 inches below the nose of the calf at the midpoint of the connecting line between Zusanli and Xiajuxu (Figure 8-38).

Indications: bowel sounds, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation and intestinal carbuncle; Stroke paralysis, beriberi.

[Acupuncture method] Acupoint 1 ~ 1.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

38. Tiaokou

【 Method 】 Take 8 inches below the calf nose, and take the connecting line between the calf nose and the inferior giant deficiency (Figure 8-38).

Indications: leg cold pain, paralysis, epigastric pain, tarsal swelling, tendon rotation, shoulder and arm pain.

[Acupuncture method] Acupoint 1 ~ 1.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

39. Xiajuxu (Xiahe point of small intestine)

【 Method 】 Take 9 inches below the calf nose, about one horizontal finger under the strip mouth and one horizontal finger from the anterior tibial crest, when the calf nose is connected with Xiexi (Figure 8-38).

Indications: small abdominal pain and low back pain lead to testicles; Paralysis of lower limbs; Carbuncle of breast; Diarrhea, bloody stool.

[Acupuncture method] Acupoint 1 ~ 1.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

40. Red Dragon (Collateral Point)

【 Method 】 Outside the mouth 1 inch, take the midpoint of the connecting line between the calf nose and the high point of the lateral ankle (Figure 8-38).

Indications: excessive phlegm, asthma and cough; Headache, dizziness and epilepsy; Paralysis, swelling and pain of lower limbs.

[Acupuncture method] Acupoint 1 ~ 1.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

4 1. Xiexi (meridian point)

【 Method 】 Take the center of the horizontal bar at the joint of instep and calf as the depression between the two tendons (Figure 8-39).

Indications: headache, dizziness and madness; Abdominal distension and constipation; Paralysis of lower limbs.

[Acupuncture] Straight needling is 0.5 ~ 1 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

42. Chongyang (original point)

【 Method 】 Take it on the dorsum of foot, 3 inches above the valley, and avoid the artery when the artery of dorsum of foot pulsates (Figure 8-39).

Indications: stomach pain and abdominal distension; Mouth and eyes askew, swollen face and toothache; Feet are weak and the instep is swollen.

[Acupuncture] Avoid the artery and prick for 0.3 ~ 0.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

43. Fall to the bottom (lose points)

【 Method 】 Take the depressions behind the second and third metatarsophalangeal joints and before the second and third metatarsophalangeal joints (Figure 8-39).

Indications: facial edema, redness, swelling and pain; Pain in the instep and weakness in the foot.

[Acupuncture method] Punch 0.3 ~ 0.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

44. Heart cavity (xingxue)

【 Method 】 It was taken in front of the second metatarsophalangeal joint, at the tattoo head between the second and third toes (Figure 8-39).

Indications: toothache, mouth-eye deviation, laryngitis and nosebleed; Have a fever; Abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea and dysentery; Pain in the instep.

[Acupuncture method] Punch 0.3 ~ 0.5 inch, which can be used for moxibustion.

45. Li Dui (borehole)

【 Method 】 Take it from the outside of the second toe, about 0. 1 inch away from the toenail (Figure 8-39).

Indications: mouth and eyes askew, facial edema, toothache, runny nose and nosebleed; Have a fever; Crazy; Pain in the instep.

[Acupuncture] It can be used for moxibustion by needling obliquely upwards for 0.2 ~ 0.3 inches.
