The specific usage of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs will be discussed later, and the following measures will help to eliminate morning stiffness:
1) Fist-making: Before getting up every morning, do a fist-making action in bed. Not too fast, but hold on tight and do it 50- 100 times a day.
2) Finger separation: Do this action before getting up, and practice alternately with fists, 50- 100 times a day.
3) Warm hand bath: After getting up, you can soak your hands in warm water for 20 minutes, and keep the water temperature at around 50℃.
4) Wrist flexion and extension exercise: After getting up, exercise your wrist, usually not too many times, only about 30 times.
