Which acupuncture point is the most important for knee arthritis and which acupuncture point is used for constipation? What acupoints are used to reduce blood fat?
10. calf nose (ST 35)

Place the knee in the lateral depression of patellar ligament (see Figure 2- 15). Also known as lateral knee eye.

Indications: Knee joint pain, unfavorable flexion and extension, paralysis of lower limbs.

Experience stabbing 0.5 l inch backward and inward. As we all know, the knee and eye are like the nostrils of cattle, and the medial patellar ligament is like the nasal septum of cattle, so it is called the calf nose. Knee-eye is the most commonly used acupoint for knee joint diseases, and there is no one. Generally, you should bend your knees to take acupuncture points. When lying flat, you'd better put something under the popliteal fossa. This position can smoothly penetrate into the joint cavity, playing the role of anti-inflammatory, analgesic and detumescence.

1 1. Zusanli (ST 36) point; Subgastric acupoint

Located 3 inches below the nose point of the calf, one transverse finger is located outside the anterior tibial crest (see Figure 2- 15).

Indications ① Gastrointestinal diseases such as stomachache, vomiting, choking diaphragm, abdominal distension, diarrhea, dysentery and constipation; ② Paralysis of lower limbs; 3 palpitation, hypertension, madness; ④ Exhaustion is the key to strengthen health care.

Experience a 1.2 inch stab. Warm moxibustion is often used to strengthen health care. Zusanli may be a well-known acupoint. People in the clinic often come to me to point Zusanli with a marker, go home for massage or moxibustion. Many people know that Zusanli is worth an old hen, which shows that Zusanli has a strong function of invigorating qi. When invigorating qi with Zusanli, moxibustion is generally used instead of acupuncture. If it is a massage, the intensity should be gentle and gentle. Zusanli, as the lower point of stomach, is the most commonly used point for treating digestive tract diseases, which can be used for deficiency and excess of stomach, abdominal distension and vomiting, constipation and diarrhea. In addition, it can also be used to treat local diseases such as pain and weakness of lower limbs. We say that "Yangming is the only way to treat impotence", and Zusanli is the most commonly used acupoint to treat lower limb muscle weakness diseases such as stroke, hemiplegia and paraplegia. It should also be noted that the needling method of Zusanli is generally straight needling. In most cases, the sense of acupuncture is downward conduction, because Chinese medicine believes that "the stomach is healthy and smooth", so we can treat it like this under normal circumstances. When you have a stomachache, you can also use another acupuncture method, that is, hold down the lower part of Zusanli, and the needle tip is upward, so that the needle feeling can be transmitted upward, preferably to the stomach. This is the so-called "qi reaching the disease". If you massage Zusanli, you must pay attention to whether the Zusanli point is full. If it is full, it doesn't matter if you can massage it hard. If Zusanli point sag is inelastic, it should be gentle and gentle, which can play a nourishing role.

12. Upper Giant Deficiency and Lower Collateral Points

It is located 6 inches below the tip of the calf nose and 3 inches below Zusanli point (see Figure 2- 15).

Indications ① Gastrointestinal diseases such as bowel sounds, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation and intestinal carbuncle; ② Paralysis of lower limbs.

Experience a straight stab of l 2 inches. Upper giant deficiency is also commonly used for diarrhea and constipation, and can also be used for local numbness and weakness of lower limbs. In these two points, it is similar to Zusanli point. However, Zusanli basically covers the whole digestive tract diseases, and Shangjuxu is mainly used for large intestine diseases and is often used in conjunction with Tianshu point. In addition, Zusanli's tonic function is not possessed by Shangjuxu.

13. No.38 Tiaokou Street

Located 2 inches below the giant virtual point above (see Figure 2- 15).

Indications: ① lower limb paralysis, joint pain, tendon and vein metastasis; ② Shoulder and arm pain; ③ Abdominal pain.

Experience the straight stab l 1.5 inch. Tiaokou point is between upper and lower giant deficiency. The upper giant deficiency is the lower node of the large intestine meridian, and the lower giant deficiency is the lower node of the small intestine meridian, so the adjustment point is not so important. Therefore, apart from local effects, Tiaokou points are rarely used for digestive tract diseases. However, it is widely used for scapulohumeral periarthritis and shoulder pain, and has become the first indication of Tiaokou point. "Treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by sticking points on Chengshan Mountain" is a special acupuncture method discovered in 1950s and 1960s after the founding of the People's Republic of China. Biliary ascaris is basically hard to see now, and our generation of acupuncturists have no chance to practice. In contrast, scapulohumeral periarthritis can be seen everywhere, and the application of mountain climbing is still very extensive. If the needle is more than three inches, the needle tip will directly stab into the mountain direction, and then let the patient move the shoulder joint, and most of the range of motion of the shoulder joint can be obviously improved. For this reason, some people call Tiaokou point "Shoulder Coagulation Point".

14. huge deficiency point under the small intestine.

Located 3 inches below the huge defect point above (see Figure 2- 15).

Indications ① Diarrhea, dysentery and mild abdominal pain; ② Paralysis of lower limbs; ③ Breast carbuncle.

Experience the straight stab l 1.5 inch. Xiajuxu is the Xiaguan point of the small intestine meridian, but it does not treat urination, but treats diarrhea, dysentery and other diseases. It mainly takes the effect of "clearing turbid urine" in the small intestine and is also used in Chinese medicine prescriptions, which is called "facilitating urination and relaxing bowels", that is to say, the water in the intestine is reabsorbed into urine to achieve the purpose of stopping diarrhea.

15. Fenglongluo point

It is located 8 inches above the lateral ankle tip, outside the Tiaokou point 1 inch, and two lateral fingers outside the anterior tibial crest (see Figure 2- 15).

Indications ① headache, dizziness and madness; ② cough with excessive phlegm; ③ Paralysis of lower limbs.

Experience the straight stab l 1.5 inch. Fenglong is the collateral point of the stomach meridian, but its greatest effect is to eliminate dampness and phlegm. Except for local treatment of lower limb pain and weakness, other major diseases come from its function of eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm. Phlegm dampness can cause many diseases, so the treatment range of Red Dragon is very wide. For example, it can treat headache and dizziness, but it must be caused by phlegm and dampness. The treatment of madness is also phlegm blindness. According to reports, red dragon can reduce blood lipid, because hyperlipidemia is also a manifestation of phlegm-dampness in traditional Chinese medicine. Patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia can press the Fenglong point as soon as they have time. Most parts of Fenglong point are full of muscles, so massage should be heavy, and moxibustion at Fenglong point can be used if conditions permit.

16. Neiting (ST 44) acupoints

Locate the seam end between the second and third toes of the instep (see Figure 2- 16).

Indications ① Toothache, sore throat and nosebleed; ② fever; (3) Gastropathy with acid reflux, diarrhea, dysentery and constipation; ④ Dorsal pain, metatarsophalangeal joint pain.

Experience a 0.50.8-inch straight or diagonal stab. Neiting point is the point of stomach meridian, which is mainly used for purging stomach meridian heat syndrome, so it can treat toothache due to stomach fire, constipation, acid regurgitation due to stomach fire, damp-heat diarrhea, dysentery and so on.

17. Lidui (ST 45) well hole

It is located about 0. 1 inch near the toe angle of the second toe (see Figure 2- 16).

Indications ① nosebleed, toothache and sore throat; ② Fever, dreaminess and madness.

Experience a shallow stab of 0. 1 inch. Yes, as the first well point introduced in the six meridians of the foot, I will briefly talk about it. Most wells are located in the same place, about 0.65438 0 inch next to the toenail angle. Indications are similar, mainly purging the fire of meridians, treating all kinds of heat syndrome and madness syndrome. Most acupoints have similar therapeutic effects, and some acupoints have other special functions on this basis. It is more common to point in the interior, and it has no other function.
