At the moment of keyboard tapping, it was a bright afternoon in Chiang Mai's apartment.

When traveling, I am busy running various scenic spots, but I can always open some gaps in my busy schedule, get along with myself, practice, think or write.

This control of the pace of life is somewhat like a metaphor for a person's life: life is pushed by various stages, roles, responsibilities and public opinion, and few people can do it with ease.

Just like teaching this yoga instructor training. It's different from running a yoga studio in partnership with others in the past. It doesn't care so much about sales and income. Sharing yoga with the right people, passing it on to the students, verifying their feelings and ideas about yoga, enjoying this life and connecting with the students are all equally wonderful and lovely lives, just a good role.

Can be dedicated to pure sharing, of course, I have to thank the Lin Fei yoga team for their dedication and meticulous efforts in enrollment promotion and daily work.

After this period of teaching, I feel my personal point of view and make a simple summary to share with you:

1, hatha yoga teaching and training should not overtraining physical fitness, especially using non-hatha yoga training methods to train physical fitness. Especially in winter nights, a lot of physical loss will hurt the body and consume gas, which is not good for the body in the long run.

2. The explanation of asana should be more enlightening and developmental, and don't dwell on the differences of schools. We need to know the starting point of the differences between each school and even teachers, and finally find ourselves through asana tools. Yoga teaching is not to practice excellent posture, but to let each practitioner explore and experience his own yoga.

3. Pay attention to the teaching of chanting and breathing. Take a short time in class every day to recite, learn more songs, sing more and practice more, and you will naturally become proficient. I used to cure my cold and fever by chanting in India, and I know its precious value. It would be a pity if the chanting in teaching and training also passed by.

There is also a feeling that instructors are actually practicing themselves during training, such as emotional exercises.

I found that in the process of teaching students, there is really no need to be too strict or even angry to deter students. Some seemingly exciting things trigger, but the heart still reacts to the rising sun, which itself is the embodiment of action yoga.

I have to say that this period of time has enriched my life and brought unprecedented changes to my body and mind. Yoga used to be a big class. Although I have practiced for many years and like dancing, I may have good physical flexibility, but my strength is still insufficient. After joining the teaching and training class, we are basically looking forward to coming to class early, because our class is full of energy and laughter ... At first, our bodies were really tired and sour, and gradually became soft from rigid bodies to later ones. After each class, we feel tired and relaxed. From the posture of exercising arm strength and abdominal strength, I feel that I have such great potential in my body, and my whole body is full of energy in an instant; After experiencing a little success from the fearful handstand posture, I found that there is nothing to be afraid of, because with the guidance of a caring teacher, I feel twice as safe. Next, we will introduce divines who studied together. First of all, we are Sister Chen, a goddess full of charm and "18" youthful vitality. Her posture has a strong absorption ability, and it also guides us to go on. Then high flyers and Han Xiao from other places. She is quiet and beautiful, and the key is hard work. Every time I look at her trembling thin body, I feel a little distressed. I really wish I could provide her with all my meat. And our beautiful and generous pregnant mother, who studies hard and takes neat notes. She has forgotten to be pregnant after practice, but the teacher and we will always remind her that she needs protection. Then there is He Daxia, whose beauty and figure are recognized by everyone. He is also modest and studious. As long as he challenges, he will definitely surprise you. There is also a gentle and beautiful Nana, with a beautiful voice and full potential, which has been slowly excavated by the teacher. Finally, the lovely Xiao Lanruo, our little sister, with her diligence and hard work, constantly challenges and succeeds in many forms of strength. Oh, I forgot that there was a smiling me, and it was always difficult to control, which led to crow's feet climbing up early. First of all, I learned that yoga is because of being gentle. She really likes yoga. Under her influence, she always wanted to learn and improve her virtual system through yoga. However, because the children and their families have been inseparable, at Binbin's repeated invitation, I finally came to participate in the teaching training class.

I still remember that on the first day of class, I was very nervous and at a loss. Everyone else can follow the teacher's steps and perform one after another. I started my "difficult hurdle" from the first magic chair position. My center of gravity is unstable, I don't know where to put my hands and feet, and I won't come after the action. The teacher asked me to practice against the wall alone, feeling very anxious and weak, and then with the help of the teacher and other students, I got a little bit. When the first class ended, I finally breathed a sigh of relief. When my friend asked me how I felt in the first class, I laughed at myself. It is always a wrong demonstration. Perhaps because there is no foundation, there is a lack of exercise at ordinary times, and flexibility is not good since childhood. I think yoga is really difficult, but I like the ease of sweating after class, so I told myself that I must stick to it.

Through this period of teaching training class, I found my own problems and some wrong common sense of life, and I also learned more about my physical condition. Really learned a lot of useful knowledge. Teacher Juexin can bring her own experience and the experience of studying abroad in the classroom, which is not as rigid as the conventional theoretical class, so that we can understand the meaning of yoga more deeply.

At the end of the semester, I also felt my own strength and flexible progress, and there were more difficult breakthroughs. Thanks to the teacher's careful teaching and the mutual encouragement of the teaching and training class partners. The short 45-day yoga teaching training class is over. Think back to the yoga class during this period and sum it up.

I remember telling Chueh-hsin that I wanted to do yoga. Chueh-hsin expressed support and welcome, so I communicated with him. At first, I wanted to learn yoga because I thought I was too thin and in poor health, but I didn't like running in the gym, so I wanted to make my body better and stronger by practicing yoga. So I decided to put health first, and decided to come to Linfei to practice yoga with Teacher Juexin.

I have never practiced yoga before, and my understanding of yoga stays in the beautiful posture and graceful posture. With the teacher's explanation and practice, I realized that my cognition before yoga was biased. Yoga is not softness, it is the combination of softness and strength, and it is also the balance of yin and yang that Teacher Chueh-hsin said.

Lin Fei Yoga Tube is a yoga studio with temperature. The yoga teachers inside are very kind and responsible. Although I haven't attended their classes, I know from my usual observation that they are all excellent. The environment in the yoga studio is also good. People are reluctant to leave when they come.

There are seven students in the training class, namely pregnant mother Lu Ping, smiling goddess Chen Jie, funny pistachio lady, Xia He, whose figure and beauty coexist, elegant Nana, lovely and beautiful Lan Ruo and quiet me. I should be the one with the weakest foundation and stiff body. It can be said that it is necessary to be soft, not soft, and to be strong. The seven of us, from strangers to acquaintances, will also help each other and help each other in the process of spiritual practice, feeling like a family.

Teacher Chueh-hsin is a teacher with strong ability and responsibility. He taught us yoga system and knowledge systematically and comprehensively, and benefited a lot. Including the concept of yoga, the classification of yoga system, yoga chanting, yoga breathing, yoga posture and effect, as well as auxiliary techniques, yoga course arrangement, matters needing attention and some health care knowledge. For me, I still learned a lot.

If you change, physically: at first, many movements are not standard, and your arms have no strength. You can't do four pillars at all, and your hands and body can't get down. After more than a month, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could do four pillars. Although it can't be sustained for a long time, it is really a breakthrough. My arm has become a little stronger. Others, for example, found that they usually use abdominal breathing naturally, which improved their appetite and made them eat much better. Also, my weight has really increased, hahaha, what makes me happy the most. In the process of practicing yoga, I know more about my body and feel the signals from my body.

Spiritual level: I think it is easier for me to have inner peace and emotional stability by practicing yoga. Teacher Chueh-hsin also taught us some tips on keeping in good health, which is also very useful. I feel that yoga doesn't consume energy, but I have to raise it.

For a novice like me, these gains in a short time are still very satisfactory. Although I still can't do many postures, my body flexibility is not very good. However, the practice of yoga does not happen overnight, and it needs persistent practice. Make a little progress every day, and eventually you will see qualitative changes. This training class will talk about the introduction of yoga and teach us a healthy lifestyle.
