Casserole beef radish

Ingredients: 500g beef, radish 1 piece, 2 garlic, 6 shallots, 2 small red peppers, half colored peppers, ginger slices, olive oil, salt, fragrant leaves, tsaoko, cinnamon, aniseed, pepper, spiced powder, cooking wine, soy sauce and chicken essence.

Exercise:

1. Wash the beef and cut it into pieces about 5 cm. Peel the white radish and cut it into hob blocks. Add some water to the pot. Add 2 slices of onion, 1 slice of aniseed and 3 slices of ginger, add a little cooking wine, bring to a boil over high fire, skim off the foam, and then take out the beef. Ingredients: half chicken, potato flour, soybean sprouts, kelp, onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, salt, Chili noodles, peanuts.
