How to make sea cucumber soup?
Sea cucumber chicken soup

Send a batch of sea cucumbers with feed water, with 1 chicken.

Method: Take proper amount of water to sea cucumber, remove its belly lining, wash and slice. If the whole chicken is cleaned according to law, stew the soup for later use. Stir-fry sea cucumber slices in a pot, and add chicken soup, seasoning and vegetables.

Sea cucumber lean broth

Efficacy: tonifying kidney and essence, nourishing blood and moistening dryness.

Sea cucumber150g, sliced lean meat 50g, boiled egg skin 20g, soy sauce10ml, cooking wine15ml, monosodium glutamate 2g, sesame oil 5ml, proper amount of vinegar, shredded onion15g, coriander 5g, refined salt, pepper and a little Jiang Shui.

Method: Wash the sea cucumber and cut it into spatula. Wash lean pork and cut it into thin slices. Cut the boiled egg skin into pieces for use. Blanch the sliced meat and sea cucumber with boiling water respectively, and take them out for later use. Put the soup pot on the fire, heat it with oil, add cooking wine, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, refined salt and Jiang Shui. When the soup is boiled, skim the floating foam and add sea cucumber and sliced meat. After the soup is boiled again, pour vinegar, sesame oil and pepper into the soup bowl and sprinkle with shredded onion, coriander and egg skin.

Mushroom ginseng chicken soup

Ingredients: sea cucumber with water.

Accessories: Auricularia, Tremella, Cucumber

Seasoning: salt, cooking wine, pepper, chicken essence, sesame oil, ginger, onion and coriander.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the sea cucumber and cut it into small pieces, slice the cucumber, shred the onion, slice the ginger and cut the coriander into sections for later use;

2. light the fire in the pot and pour in the oil.
