Can the fitness card be transferred privately?
Fitness cards can be transferred after signing under certain conditions.

Specific conditions include:

1. This contract comes into effect according to law, and the creditor's rights in the contract also exist legally and effectively;

2. Creditor's rights are transferable rights;

3. The creditor notifies the debtor, etc.

The transfer of creditor's rights has the following legal provisions:

1. A creditor may assign all or part of its creditor's rights to a third party, but the creditor's rights must be transferable;

2. If the creditor assigns the creditor's rights, it shall notify the debtor, otherwise the assignment will not have legal effect on the debtor.

To sum up, the fitness card can be transferred privately, but the transfer procedures need to be handled in the gym. If it is stipulated in the relevant clauses when signing the contract that the fitness card cannot be transferred, and the gym is not informed of the transfer of the fitness card, the transfer of the fitness card by the parties concerned has no legal effect on the gym.
