Dacheng Boxing Standing Pile and Its Mind Method
For a long time, the teaching of martial arts has either stayed in the statement of martial arts and neglected the revelation of mental method, or talked about personal feelings without actual exercise, which led to the inability of post-scholars to turn around if they learned the maze of boxing. Dacheng boxing pile method is divided into two parts: fitness and technical attack. Hunyuan pile is the core skill of Dacheng Boxing, no matter from fitness or attack. Beginners practice, and those with advanced knowledge of boxing practice. Hunyuan Pile combines the essence of Dacheng Boxing. Only with this foundation can we practice other pile methods. In all the techniques of Dacheng Boxing, the essentials of piling are as ubiquitous as qualitative and intangible water. 3 Work while lying down

Supine pile: Lie flat on the bed, bend your knees, look up, try to penetrate the ceiling, fall in love with vilen indoors, embrace your arms, and ask to be calm and quiet, just like standing up and holding the ball pile, and listen to your breathing silently. Lift the bow to catch the fox post: stand on the eight-step circular trajectory, raise your left arm obliquely, hold your hand slightly higher than your forehead, protect the key points on the left side of your face, lean forward slightly, and put your right hand on your hips. 5. Precautions for Exercise Health Pile

Dress appropriately, moderately thick, not hungry, eliminate defecation before practice, choose a spacious and open place, and overlook it if you can. Don't be exposed to the sun in summer, avoid the cold wind in winter and dry it in time after sweating. It is best that the warm sunshine shines obliquely on your back at sunrise and sunset, so that practitioners can enjoy the nourishment of ultraviolet rays.

Don't take practice as a burden. I want to practice, not practice. I should turn passivity into initiative.

Muscle aches, trembling, tears, yawning, burping, prostration, abdominal sound and ant walking are all normal phenomena in the practice process, which can disappear naturally if you are not careful.
