Zhu Danxi was a famous man named Yan Xiu during the reign of Zhen Heng. Because he lives in Danxi, he is called Zhu Danxi, or is respectfully called Danxi Weng. Born in Jinhua in Yuan Dynasty (now Yiwu County, Zhejiang Province)128/to 1358 (Yuan Zhiyuan 18 to 18).
Zhu Zhenheng has been eager to learn since childhood. Study medicine hard, and deeply study classic medical books such as Su Wen and Nan Jing. After studying for five years, he can be clinical. In order to further improve his medical skills, he went out of Zhejiang to Wuzhong, Nanxun and Jianye to visit famous teachers. At the age of 44, he studied medicine with Luo Zhi. Luo was a famous doctor at that time and was called Mr. He studied Liu's second biography and bypassed the theory of harmony. Danxi is the best at learning, and has the opportunity to absorb the strengths of the three schools, integrate his own experience, put forward unique academic opinions, and be unique. Therefore, Zhu Danxi attached great importance to nourishing yin. And founded the theory of "Ziyin School".
Throughout his life, Zhu Danxi founded the theory of nourishing yin and his works, which greatly enriched the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine and the content and scope of prescription and drug use, made great contributions to the development of traditional Chinese medicine, and was highly praised by later doctors and valued by foreign doctors. Danxi theory has three characteristics:
1. Explain the physiology and pathology of fire, discuss the importance of fire to human body, and explain the harm of fire. Those who discuss fire in later generations mostly use Zhu Zhi's theory.
2. On the basis of the theory of fire, the theory of "Yang is often surplus and Yin is often insufficient" was established, and the importance of "nourishing Yin" in health care and treatment was emphasized, thus the "Ziyin School" was established. The theory of febrile diseases in later generations was deeply influenced by it.
3. Danxi has rich clinical experience. In Miscellaneous Diseases, he expounded the pathogenesis of diseases such as qi, blood, phlegm and depression, enriched the content of clinical medicine, and made Zhu's knowledge have a far-reaching impact on later internal medicine through the exertion of his disciples. There are two main points in Zhu's theory of mutual fire: First, it emphasizes that mutual fire is a personal act. Secondly, it emphasizes the importance of the wanton movement of fire in the process of disease occurrence.
Professor Zhu has rich experience in clinical application of nourishing yin and reducing fire. Zhu's academic opinions are not confined to a corner. Besides nourishing yin and reducing fire, he is also good at warming up. He used Huang's Fuzi Decoction and Huang's Baizhu Decoction to treat Zheng Xiong's disease. Nourishing blood and warming blood to treat Dongyang Wen Fu disease. Treating Xu Fu's dystocia with strict tonic method. All these are enough to show that Danxi is more comprehensive in medicine.
Zhu Danxi wrote a lot of works in his life, mainly including the following: a volume of Ge Zhi Yu Lun, which was written in A.D. 1347; Danxi Heart Method was written in A.D. 1347. The book consists of five volumes, divided into 100 chapter, twelve classics and other six articles, with the biography of Danxi Weng attached. The Golden Chamber Hook Xuan was written in A.D. 1358, with a total of three volumes. At the end, there are six medical theories added by Dai Yuanli, such as "the fire is better than the military, and the five ambitions are discussed"; "medical inventions" volume; The local opera volume. In addition, there is a volume of Herbal Supplement. Su Wen rectification volume.
