What disease can human urine treat? Why can you treat diseases?
It is recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica; Human urine (boy urine) smells salty, cold and nontoxic. Indications: headache due to cold and heat, warming middle warmer and benefiting qi. Virgins are especially good. Indeed, many doctors in ancient times used urine as a primer or directly as medicine to treat diseases. There is such a record in the medical record of Zhu Zhenheng, a famous doctor in the Yuan Dynasty: "Urine (urine for children) reduces fire very quickly. It is common for an old woman in her eighties to look like she is forty. Ask why, ... People teach others to pee. It has been more than 40 years, and there is no other disease in old health ... It is useless to steam and take medicine because of yin deficiency and excessive fire, unless you urinate. " There are many similar records in ancient medical records, such as using urine to treat headache, sore throat, abdominal pain, fever, lung flaccid cough, hemorrhoids and other diseases. Usage includes direct drinking, decocting, decocting, brewing, sending medicine for drinking, etc. There is also the practice of letting the boy sit in his abdomen and drown in his navel when the ancients encountered acute abdomen and heatstroke fainting.

Li Shizhen said in Compendium of Materia Medica: "Urine, from corpse to water, is knowledge. The Fang family calls it reincarnation wine, which is also a code word. " It means that the child is pure yang, which means that the yang is endless and full of vitality. Urine is produced by the warmth of the yang in the kidney. Although it is a metabolite, it still retains the true qi. But the ancients did not use children's urine at will, but they were very particular. For example, children below 12 are used for children's urine; Boys should avoid eating five spicy things; A man's virginity; Girls' toilets, boys' urine beheaded and tails added.

There is no practice of using children's urine as medicine in modern times, but there are some cases in which people who were extremely difficult drank urine to maintain their lives in the desperate situation of lack of water and food. Although some people have scientifically verified the function of urine, they still have a long history of using it in terms of its basic non-toxicity.

The urine produced before boys' sexual development is called boy urine; Infant urine has certain pharmacological effects. If a boy has been able to produce sperm, or masturbate and ejaculate (or just haven't had sex with a girl), there will be no toddler urine at all, and he can only say "he is still a virgin"!

The argument that urine is used to treat or supplement diseases has historical and cultural roots. In China's materia medica, human and animal urine and feces have always been regarded as drugs that can treat various intractable diseases, which can be traced back to distant ancient times. Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica is called reincarnated wine, which belongs to Yuan Tang, especially suitable for a boy. Just like the theoretical framework of Chinese medicine, the treatment of human urine has its mysterious basis (note). Other human urine products used as medicines include drowning white (human white), Qiu Shi and linden. It can be used for treating various diseases, such as headache due to cold and heat, symptom accumulation, improving eyesight and moistening skin, benefiting large intestine, relieving cough and lung flaccidity, relieving fatigue and quenching thirst, moistening heart and lung, stopping hematemesis and epistaxis, and treating dystocia, retained placenta, snake bite and dog bite. Ancient Egypt and India also used animal excrement to treat diseases, but the records were not as rich as those in ancient China. In ancient times, people's understanding of nature was chaotic and ignorant. At that time, medicine was completely witchcraft, and of course there was no need to be harsh. However, with the prosperity of modern science and the development of medicine, people still insist on believing in these practices of the ancients, which is worth pondering.

Children's urine therapy has been circulated among the people. When I was a teenager, someone came to my house to pee for lung disease. It was difficult to get anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy drugs at that time. Severe pulmonary tuberculosis is an incurable disease, and children's urine may have a comforting effect. 1958 or so, Chinese medicine is especially advocated, and the treatment methods of human urine or children urine are often reported in medical magazines. What impressed me the most was the article about preventing measles by soaking eggs in urine.

There is obviously no scientific reason for human urine to treat diseases or tonic. First, let's see what's in human urine. Urine is basically water and contains a small amount of inorganic salts, so it is a little salty. In addition, urine may contain trace amounts of metabolites of sex hormones and adrenocortical hormones or other body components. Joseph Needham and Lu Guizhen, famous British researchers in the history of science and technology in China, once wrote that Qiu Shi, a traditional Chinese medicine, contains sex hormones, so China people use sex hormones earlier than westerners. This sounds intoxicating, but in fact it is pure speculation. * A few years ago, there were many urinals in public toilets in some places to collect urine, which was said to be used to extract urokinase, a thrombolytic drug. There may be some abnormal components in patients' urine, such as protein or sugar in the urine of patients with nephropathy and diabetes. The content of the above substances in urine is very small, so it is impossible to produce any pharmacological effects.
