The method of integrating the main base of general practice with the basic practice base is as follows: (1) The general practice clinical base hospital should work out the scheme and plan of standardized training of general practitioners together with the grass-roots community health service center or township health center with joint teaching relationship to ensure that the overall rotation plan can be arranged reasonably during the standardized training of general practitioners. (2) General practice clinical base hospitals should conduct teacher training together with grass-roots community health service centers or township hospitals with joint teaching relations. Teachers in both main base hospitals and grass-roots practice bases should receive regular general practitioner training, and always strengthen the concept of general practice in the teaching process of general practice residents, so as to improve the ability of general practice and health management. Internalize into the heart and integrate into daily life. (3) The clinical base hospital of general practice should study the experience and problems of general practice teaching together with grass-roots community health service centers or township hospitals with joint teaching relationship to ensure the comprehensive and continuous improvement of general practice medical treatment, teaching and scientific research.
