According to "Advertising Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)" and "Interim Provisions on Examination of Health Food Advertisements", health food advertisements shall not involve the functions of disease prevention and treatment. Therefore, the contents of health food advertisements cannot promote any effect of treating diseases, nor can they imply or indicate that they have the function of preventing diseases.
