Example 4: The bathroom is next door. The drawing design is partition wall setting, but in actual construction, the bathroom exterior wall is also set. Is this quantity included?

3, the design can't meet the construction requirements, whether the contact list issued by the project or design contact list:

4. Does the wall height include the foundation brick?

For example, in masonry, horizontal coupling beams are set when the wall height exceeds 4m. Does this height include the height of the foundation brick?

5. The concrete construction of the steps is inconsistent with the design. The design is concrete, but it is actually a brick step.

(3) Division of fire protection wiring: the fire protection boundary is unclear and too general, and some things are not known whether the fire protection company or the general contractor did it. Are lamps (fluorescent lamps) installed in the distribution room?

(4) Is there any provision for returning the lighting and sockets in the basement?

(5) The drawings are inconsistent with the actual construction, such as the models of wires, cables and pipes used in the drawings, but the models reflected in the financial accounts in the actual construction process are inconsistent with the drawings, and there is no engineering contact list.

4, the main building plumbing part:

(1) In the drawing design, the indoor heating branch pipe bypasses the shear wall and passes through the plastic sleeve brick wall; In actual construction, the indoor heating branch pipe directly passes through the shear wall and adopts steel casing. How to determine?

(2) Water supply and drainage shall be installed according to the drawings. What is the reserved length of the water supply pipe and drainage pipe actually constructed in the kitchen and bathroom? 5, the main building fire part:

Fire electricity:

(1) The function of the wire in the fire alarm system does not conform to the drawing. (Cost reduction) The signal line marked on the diagram is NH-RVS2* 1.0,

In actual construction, the signal line was changed to ZR-RVS2* 1.0.

(2) The wire diameter drawings in the fire alarm system are inconsistent. (According to the acceptance specifications and wiring standards of Gulf manufacturers)
