Second, we must follow the most basic moral norms of society. One is conscientious, and the other is dedicated and trustworthy. In other words, in any position, we must do well. We should not be careless, be dedicated and keep our word. Each of us is not alone. If everyone is not conscientious, dedicated and trustworthy, the society will be in chaos.
The real value is realized in the group and society, not in the room alone. The realization of personal value is very simple, that is, it is recognized by others, groups or society, which means that you have made contributions to the group and society. It is impossible to realize personal value without making contributions. Without this society, personal value cannot be realized.
Third, the cultivation of aesthetic taste and artistic spirit. The influence of art on people is subtle, and a person's artistic aesthetic taste can well reflect his noble or low moral character. China traditional culture also attaches great importance to the combination of philosophy and artistic accomplishment. China's art has rich connotations, and a poem or a painting often contains rich philosophies. Similarly, China's philosophy is artistic, so China's art and philosophy are integrated. The art I'm talking about here is broad, not just piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, but mainly from the connotation. Artistic spirit is an understanding of society and the meaning and value of life. What kind of art a person likes can well reflect his moral character. On the other hand, through the appreciation of art, we can constantly cultivate our own temperament and have a new experience of the value of life.
The fourth is to deal with environmental problems. The so-called ability to cope with the environment is to treat life wisely. "Xunzi Youzuo" has: "The gentleman's learning is not for the sake of being bright, but for being poor but not sleepy, and worrying but not chaotic." The so-called "communication" means the apprentice; "Poverty" means encountering bumps and difficulties. We study and study, not for the sake of high officials, but to keep our heads down, keep a firm will, know the disaster, know life and death, and not be confused when encountering all kinds of bumps and troubles. This is the most fundamental, people should have a very strong ability to adapt to the environment. Because there is a question of "talent" and "time". "If a husband encounters misfortune, he will also; Those who have virtue and no plan are also talented; Gentlemen are knowledgeable, and there are many people who are not in line with the times! " Therefore, Xunzi said that talent and incompetence are in me, but it is a matter of environment. Many talented people have no good opportunities and can't afford to play; But with opportunities, without talents, it is even more impossible to give full play to them. Therefore, a person should be able to correctly understand and treat his talents and opportunities.
Fifth, we should pay attention to the cultivation of kung fu and appearance. This is both internal and external. Instrument is external, self-restraint is internal. The most important thing in self-cultivation kung fu is to ask questions with an open mind and treat others with an open mind. The Book of Changes says that "human nature is evil, human nature is good and human nature is modest". "Excess" means complacency. If you are complacent, you will not accept new ideas and good suggestions, and you will not make progress. Confucius looked at the Zhou Temple and saw a sacrificial vessel. This container is very strange. "When it is full, cover it; If it is empty, it will stand upright. " When it is full, it will fall down; It will tilt when it is empty, and it will stand upright when it is properly installed. This shows a truth, it is no good to be empty, and it is no good to be too complacent. Only by being appropriate and modest can we be upright.
Sixth, humanistic quality should be based on the recognition of the meaning and value of life. Fan Zhongyan's famous phrase "Worry about the world first, and enjoy the world later" shows such a spirit and understanding of the meaning and value of life. This is also the ultimate goal of humanistic quality. Only in this way can we determine where we live. All our spiritual cultivation, our understanding and grasp of human subjectivity and human initiative, the greatness and smallness of human beings, and the brevity and eternity of life should be implemented in our understanding of life and its value.
