Rice wine and tremella sweet soup
Raw materials: tremella 1, rice wine 100g, Lycium barbarum, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Practice of Sweet Soup of Rice Wine and Tremella
1. Soak the tremella thoroughly, remove the yellow roots and chop.
2. Wash the medlar.
3. Put Tremella, Lycium barbarum together with appropriate amount of crystal sugar into the soup pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high fire, cook over low fire for half an hour, add rice wine and cook for another half an hour.
Special note: the stewing time depends on your favorite taste. The longer the cooking time, the softer the tremella will be, and the shorter the cooking time, the tremella will be crisp to eat.
