Shiwai Meiyuan is the first original ecological landscape resort in Guangdong Province, with beautiful scenery, surrounded by mountains, towering old trees, dense bamboo forests, rich water sources, birds and fish playing and clear springs jingling. Meiyuan covers the original features of Hakka villages: blue tiles on earth walls, copper locks on wooden doors, enclosed houses returning home, boundless pastoral scenery, numerous streams and endless springs! Meiyuan is called "Little Jiuzhaigou in South Guangdong" by tourists. Its organic vegetable garden has been certified by the National Organic Food {OFDC} Center, and it is the first certified organic vegetable production base in Guangdong Province!
Huizhou Meiyuan Eco-tourism Zone is located in Kumquat Village, shatian town, Huiyang District, Huizhou City, bordering Daya Bay in the south and Ping Long Highway in the north, only 15km away from Danshui, where Huiyang District is located. The tourist area has convenient external traffic conditions, 38km from Huizhou in the north and 58km from Shenzhen in the south. Fresh water can directly reach Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou through expressway such as Shenshan, Guangshen and Guanshen. The total area of the park is 336.6 hectares, of which the basin area is about 20 hectares. The park integrates beautiful ecological environment, rich tourism content and distinctive holiday characteristics. It is a national-level eco-tourism area and an environmental education base in Guangdong Province.
Eight Scenes of Xiachong in Daya Bay
Scene 1: Qingquan Jade Belt. It is named because there are two clear springs which are inexhaustible in drought and flood all the year round next to Qingquan Temple in Yilian Village.
Scene 2: Luo Dao Zhong. Ludao is located in the southeast of Xia Yong, surrounded by the sea and separated from Xia Yong by a bridge. 1875, the masses built a "Baoyangzhen Temple" here. Legend has it that Bao Yang and his wife preached in Xiaolian, Shangpai and Zhangwu in Xia Yong in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, and they were the protectors in the eyes of local fishermen. There are bronze bells and drums cast in Guangxu period in the temple. Every night at twelve o'clock, the bell in the temple rings one hundred and eight times, and the bell is loud and distant, which can spread to more than ten miles. The clock on Luodao is famous for this.
Act III: The furnace peak is clear. Tielu Peak consists of 12 peaks, 888 meters above sea level, spanning Huiyang and Huidong. From a distance, the mountains are undulating, misty and charming. Being in the sea of clouds at the top of the mountain really makes me feel high. There are many scenic spots on the mountain, such as water hanging mountain, stone urn pool, soaring candle, fairy riding crane, fairy spitting fog, fairy land, Huangnigang, chicken belt and so on. Climbing the Iron Furnace Peak, cliffs, strange trees and rocks and waterfalls can be seen everywhere. Really changed a lot, and the scenery was quiet.
Scene 4: Hengling Songtao. Hengling, located opposite Nankeng Village, is a flat main ridge with a length of 1300 meters. On the west side of the ridge, there is a temple with three temples. Because of the fertile soil, the ridge is covered with pine trees of all sizes. Standing in the shade of pine trees, overlooking the south, you can see pieces of fishing boats floating to the sea in the glow; At dusk, the homing point is from far to near; At night, the lights of fishing boats twinkle on the sea, just like the stars in the sky. When the sea breeze blows, the pine trees rustle, and the sky, the sea and the pine trees set each other off. Being in it, I feel my bones are clear.
Scene 5: Flower Island Tower Shadow. Huazhou is located opposite Xia Yong Amusement Park, about one kilometer from the coast. There is a five-story pagoda on the island, which was built in the Ming Dynasty.
Scene 6: Crab Lake and Whale Wave. Crab Lake is located beside the shoal, with overlapping reefs in the sea, which is rich in crabs and snails. At low tide, many people come here to pick up snails and dig crabs, and whales often haunt here at high tide. When whales appear, white waves surge; When the whale sprays water, it shoots into the sky like a shining silver pillar.
Scene 7: Moonlit night in Huzhou. Huzhou, located opposite Yilian daling village, is an island with many stones and little soil. This island is "cuckolded and wearing a black shirt", that is, the top of the mountain is covered with green grass and small trees, and the bottom of the mountain is full of dark rocks. Because it looks like a tiger from a distance, its eyes, mouth and nose are all like tigers, and its claws are stretched and lifelike, so it is named Huzhou. The sea around Huzhou, the waves surge slightly on a clear moonlit night and roll like a golden snake under the bright moon. The scenery is spectacular.
Scene 8. Smoke mounds and peaks. According to textual research, Yandun, also known as beacon tower, was a defense facility built by the famous anti-bandit general Yu and Qi Jiguang during Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty. It is made of a mixture of stone and clay. It is cylindrical, narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, four meters high, four meters in diameter at the bottom, and a smoke outlet with a diameter of about one meter at the top. If there is harassment from the Japanese invaders, the defenders of Yandun will immediately put out the smoke and call the police to inform the nearby soldiers and civilians to fight against the Japanese pirates. Xia Yong * * *, with smoke mounds, is located on the seaside mountain in the south of Shatian Village, on Yapojiao Ridge in the south of Chuan 'ao Village, on the top of Wushantou Ridge, and on Tianhou Palace Mountain in Hezui, opposite Yanzao North Village.
