Is there a difference between meditation and practice?
I feel that the above answers seem to have some problems to be discussed.

Generally speaking, these two are indistinguishable. Originally, these are very famous faces, and we can't tell them apart from these names. Nowadays, many meditation camps or courses are about feeling, seeing the light and so on. Personally, I think this correction may not be the most accurate. Although I have never attended such a class, personally, I can't subjectively judge whether such a class is really good or not from the appearance. But I think this Buddhism is the most thorough in meditation. Buddhism believes that, at least from the advertisements or propaganda words of meditation camps or classes, these are unrealistic and may even be magical places. From the emotional point of view, we may hope that our Taoist meditation in China is more practical. However, if we really talk about it, we can't comment like this. Since we are talking about the end point, the most important thing is to solve the fundamental method: that is, to solve all troubles, that is, to open wisdom. So, don't just think which school is the best. In this way, it is not clear. Because everyone thinks that what they are repairing now is the best. If not, I believe that no one will come to repair it until now. From the appearance, all the propaganda of meditation practice should say that one's talents can help solve troubles and pains. So it is not easy to tell at once. However, if there must be a strong desire to find a way out, it can be like this: in the name of meditation practice. Why on earth do people like to be named after meditation and practice? Because this name first appeared in China from Buddhism. However, Buddhism was not the first to have this word. The word meditation was brought by Buddhism from Brahmanism. The method of explanation also partly draws lessons from the method of Brahmanism. However, it is precisely because the Buddha practiced these methods of Brahma and reached the highest level, but in the end he did not solve his problems, so he continued to practice, finally broke through these methods, finally freed himself and began to teach you these methods. Although Taoism also uses these methods, it is a double-cultivation life. But in fact, for us, people prefer self-cultivation and can really double-cultivate their lives, which is rare. But the fact is, self-cultivation should at least aim at self-cultivation directly. The mind has been repaired, and physical practice is just an add-on. This sickly person can get many unexpected effects directly from cultivating his mind. On the contrary, many people stick to the body from the beginning of self-cultivation, which affects further practice. Many people will say, if you are in poor health, how can you cultivate your mind? If you are worried, that explains why you need to cultivate your mind. Because, whether you are in good health or not, you pay attention to your body, and your concern is your mind. Are you saying that thoughts are part of the body? Every thought you have is an illusion. If you don't know coming and going, what is the difference between self-cultivation and self-cultivation? Therefore, it is a false proposition whether to cultivate one's mind or one's life first. Practice, only the concept of spiritual practice.

Everyone should not be at home. The earth is our home. If we jump out, the universe is our home. You will be wise if you are not trapped by troubles. You'd better think about the object to be imitated. Why does everyone take this object as an example?

Nowadays, society is constantly creating many new terms, including practice. Is it true?/You don't say. You can think about it. Do the people who created these words really know what they are doing? Just because you have some telepathy or magical powers, you think you have seen Buddhism and opened up wisdom? That may be nothing. It's like, if there is a world where people's eyelids are stuck, so they can't see anything, and then suddenly someone's eyelids are cut open by something, and they can see things, and everyone regards this person as a god? Is that man really a god? Obviously not! If you think you are a god because you have a pair of eyes, you are obviously possessed and have the illusion that you are a god. That's just because others can't see it, not what they add. And obviously, this person is not much better than others except that he seems to see what others can't see. Even, because of God's illusion, we have lost something that we can know without eyes, which is why some blind people can often hear things that we who have eyes can't. So who is God?

So don't be confused by these things, and you will know whether you are really practicing dharma. What I said will confuse more people, which is not surprising, because we have always been confused, but we just think we know. All mental creation, perhaps for everyone, is not to meditate or practice at the beginning, but to distinguish why you can find your own answer from these. Instead of listening to others say that that is the answer, I am still very confused in the end. Maybe the person who showed us the way didn't know the answer. Is Buddha really a wise man? We can't directly ask him to find the answer we want, but some classics he said are enough to guide us to find the answer. However, that's just the way. To get and enjoy, only oneself, no one can help. It's like eating when you are hungry. You can only fill yourself up, but there is nothing you can do.
