Treating hepatobiliary diseases can regulate the five zang-organs.
The triple energizer meridian and the gallbladder meridian are both shaoyang meridians, but they are actually meridians with the same name. Both pericardium meridian and liver meridian are Jueyin meridians, which are called homonym meridians. The pericardium meridian of the arm and the liver meridian of the leg can be used to declare stagnation of liver blood. Both the triple energizer meridian and pericardium meridian can indicate liver depression, the yang meridian governs qi and the yin meridian governs blood. Therefore, the triple energizer channel diverts liver depression, and the pericardium channel diverts liver depression, with different emphasis.

The pericardium meridian, scraping the arm, starting from the tattoo head in front of the armpit, scraping to the zhongchong point, and pulling out the fingertips. Requirements: Be sure to see the rash, which means that blood stasis is serious.
The triple energizer meridian, with elbows bent and hips akimbo, is scraped from the shoulder point to the elbow tip to break out in a rash, hanging down the arm, scraping to Guanchong point and pulling it out from the fingertip.
2. Treat the liver and spleen-how to strengthen the spleen?
(1) theoretical basis: treating the liver and strengthening the spleen, that is to say, treating the liver must first regulate the spleen. Most patients have blood stasis in the spleen. As long as the liquid under the tongue is black, you can know that the liver has been damaged for a long time. Zhang Zhongjing said in the synopsis of the golden chamber: "When you see the disease of the liver, you should know that the liver transmits the spleen and strengthen the spleen first." The spleen will not be affected by evil in the four seasons, that is, it should not be supplemented. Chinese workers do not know from generation to generation, but only treat the liver. "
If the spleen and stomach are healthy, the human body will not be affected by evil spirits, and visceral diseases will not be passed down from generation to generation. If the spleen and stomach are weak, the healthy qi will be defeated and the pathogenic factors will be further deepened. Especially between the liver and spleen, there is a close relationship, and wood and soil influence each other.
(2) Scraping point: Fish-eye therapy can cure visceral diseases. Both Zhangmen and Jingmen are free from the costal margin, and scraping begins from the patient's back, pushing and scraping in one direction, penetrating the skin and bone, and striving to produce scraping. Qimen acupoint is located on two ribs below nipple. When scraping, rub it slowly with your small head, stick to the bone edge, dig in the valley and scrape it a little.

3. Liver, spleen and kidney are treated together-where to scrape?

Liver cirrhosis is one of the difficult problems that modern medicine can't solve at present. They believe that the problem of liver cirrhosis can only be alleviated by treatment. Clinically, we have proved that as long as there is no portal vein rupture and bleeding during the treatment, basically one liver cirrhosis will be cured by curettage, thus reducing a large number of potential liver cancer patients, because there are also large and small three-positive carriers who are potential high-risk groups of liver cancer. As long as this factor is excluded, the incidence of liver cancer in this population can be reduced by 25%.
