Yoga Diary (02)
I got up early this morning to practice yoga. Although it is really difficult to get up early, I finally got up at 6.30. After getting up, do meditation for 10 minutes, and then start yoga to warm up. Doing yoga in the morning will make you stiff. Because I haven't practiced well for many days, my body has strong resistance. I practice Japanese worship to warm up. Every time I practice, I just want to have a rest. In order to fully warm up, I also insisted on practicing 10 classic Japanese worship, and my body was slightly sweaty.

Next, I started asana contact. I practiced the double lotus pose first this morning. Although I still can't put the lotus on the plate at all and my instep hurts, I still did some activities for a while. I hope I can do this pose one day. In order to promote Shuanglian, I will remember to pull my instep every day!

After practicing my new posture, I think I haven't stood on my head for a long time. Today, I practiced handstand again. I used to stand on my head. I didn't expect to stand for a while and I couldn't get on today. Alas, the lesson I learned today is that it is not easy to break through a posture. Never give up. You must practice every day. Yoga is, if you don't practice, you will quit!
