Coix seed lotus seed porridge
Ingredients: coix seed 120g, six red dates, 40g lotus seeds and rock sugar 18g.
Practice: Wash Coix seed and soak it in water for about 2 hours. Wash the red dates and remove the core for later use. Remove the lotus seeds and wash them for later use. Put water in the pot, then add Coicis Semen, boil it over high fire, then add red dates and lotus seeds, cook until soft, and finally add sugar and cook for about 5 minutes.
Efficacy: Whitening and moisturizing can eliminate freckles, senile spots and butterfly spots.
Assorted fruit soup
Ingredients: one pear, one apple, one banana, one pineapple, one kiwi fruit, four strawberries, 20g starch, sugar 15g, honey 10g, and appropriate amount of cold water.
Practice: First, wash and dice pears, apples, bananas, pineapples, kiwis and strawberries for later use. Then add a proper amount of water to the pot, add all the diced fruits, bring to a boil with high fire, and then turn to a low fire to bring to a boil. Loquat and red jujube porridge
Raw materials: japonica rice100g, 6 loquats, sugar10g, cold water1000ml.
