The following sauces are my favorites, and I will share them with you, because I think sauces are really important!

Avocado salad dressing (my favorite, avocado tastes invincible, okay? ! With lemon juice and citrus fragrance, it is a great sauce. Most importantly, it may be one of the few healthy sauces without sin. Treasure it! )

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons lemon juice; 2 garlic cloves; 3/4 teaspoon of crude salt; 1 tomato; Half an onion; Half a handful of coriander leaves; Five avocados

Steps: Chop all the vegetables that can be chopped, dig out avocado meat and put it in a bowl, pour lemon juice and mash it with a fork. Add what you just chopped, add salt and mix well ~

② Walnut and garlic basil sauce (well, the picture is really a bit ... and evil cheese is added, but basil and garlic are really delicious! But relatively speaking, this sauce is not so evil.

Ingredients: 3 cups of basil; Parmesan cheese crumbs 1/3 cups; Walnut 1 and 1/2 cups; 4 cloves of garlic; Olive oil 1 cup

Steps: Stir basil, walnuts, cheese and garlic with a cooking machine, slowly add olive oil while stirring, and stir until the ingredients are sauce-like. You can also add some salt and black pepper to taste. It's done.

(3) Black garlic vinegar sauce (the dark thing in the picture below, which I usually use to make potato salad. Very textured sauce. Although it is called vinegar sauce, the texture is still relatively strong, and it is absolutely perfect to bake with potatoes ~)

Material: 4 cloves of black garlic; Salt 1/4 tbsp; 4 tablespoons oil; Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon; Appropriate amount of black pepper

Step: Mix black garlic, salt and 1 tbsp oil, mash it into paste, then add rice vinegar, black pepper and the rest oil, and stir well. It's done.

(4) Vinegar juice (wild vinegar juice, which is very common and proved to be really delicious)

Ingredients: olive oil 1/4 cups; 2 tablespoons rice vinegar; Jiang Mo is suitable; Low sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon; 2 teaspoons of lime juice; Appropriate amount of minced garlic

Preparation method of vinegar juice: mix that above raw materials, and stir with an egg beater until emulsified. Basically, it is just a sauce that needs to be prepared!

⑤ Another kind of spicy vinegar juice (with novel taste, especially suitable for vegetables).

Steps: Italian balsamic vinegar? (1/4 cup), yellow mustard (1 and 1/2 teaspoons), 2 cloves of garlic, and appropriate amount of red pepper powder, while adding olive oil (2 tablespoons) and stirring.
