Relaxing tendons and washing marrow meridians

The author has practiced various techniques of Yijin Jing handed down after his death and has a deep understanding of its methods. He often writes down his writing experience and leaves many notes. In his early years, he entered Wumen, that is, he practiced the "Twelve Hard Skills" of Emei Hong Men, and Emei Huang Lin sent "One Jin of Gong Jing Seven Cuisine" and "Yue Wumu Eight Pieces of Brocade". From then on, I learned martial arts from Kuang Yonglin, the master of Wudang Liumen, and learned the first method of getting up. Only then did I know the secret of relaxing tendons and washing marrow in parallel, and Zhou's "Illustration of Relaxing tendons and washing marrow" benefited me a lot, so I studied hard for many years, and it has been more than 20 years now. Nowadays, with the prosperity of martial arts, the advertisements in the martial arts market are surging, and the myth of Yijinjing is boasted to be mysterious, and Yijinjing in its hands is the most unique one. At that time, it was difficult to distinguish between true and false, which led to some cool and wonderful scholars and people who first entered the Wulin. In view of this, the author deeply feels the need to clarify enlightenment, and intends to show the merits and demerits of authenticity and tributaries to help his later studies. Let's briefly describe it first, so as to dispel doubts for readers and friends.

Yijinjing was created by the ancient sages of China according to the principles of Buddhism and Taoism, drawing lessons from the guiding power of hua tuo wuqinxi in Han Dynasty, the essence of Dong Fangshuo's method of washing marrow and cutting hair, and China's meridian theory, combined with the Confucian Yijing theory. Its real purpose is to make people thoroughly remould themselves through the practice of Yijinjing, so as to achieve a thorough understanding, that is, the highest realm of immortality of Taoism and Buddhism, and achieve immortality of the flesh.

The Book of Changes says: "Those who change tendons are those who are pregnant with bones and muscles. There are all kinds of tendons, including relaxation, contracture, weakness, strength, relaxation, strength and harmony, all of which are determined by the fetus. If you are weak, you will get sick; if you are tired, you will be weak; if you are weak, you will die; if you are strong, you will be loose and long; if you are strong, you will be healthy. If a person has no internal obstacles and no external obstacles, how can he enter Tao? So don't enter the Tao before the Yijinjing to strengthen the body and help the outside. Otherwise, the road is difficult. " "Yun Qi Seven Signs" said: "I am tireless, full of energy, easy to get angry in one year, easy to get blood in two years, easy to get pulse in three years, easy to get flesh in four years, easy to get marrow in five years, easy to get tendons in six years, easy to get bones in seven years, easy to get hair in eight years, easy to get shape in nine years and become a Taoist in ten years."

In the change of historical dynasties, monks and Taoists mostly participated in political struggles, and gradually generalized the theory of nourishing the pulse into preparation for self-defense. The dignitaries and thieves in the ruling and opposition of the imperial court often go in and out of empty doors, forming a mixture of monks, Taoism and vulgarity. As a result, the true vein of Yijinjing is hidden in Shan Ye, in quicksand and has been hidden all the time. Also, people in Wulin are looking for jobs and part-time jobs for superior martial arts, which is completely different from the interests of practitioners and the longevity of health care people. Inspired by Yijinjing, he created and edited according to the principle of combining his own boxing school with Yijinjing, which made the tributaries of Yijinjing rise side by side and the wild veins flow side by side, and various Yijinjing in Wulin rose to the world. At this time, Yijinjing is no longer a secret shortcut for practitioners to gain enlightenment and prove positive results. It has become a part of Wushu practice.

Everyone who practices martial arts knows that "strength comes from tendons and strength lies in bones". "Strength" is innate, and "strength" can only be acquired through acquired training. Strength is stiff and clumsy, explosive and flexible, and Yijinjing is an achievement method to strengthen and increase strength. There is a method of washing marrow sutra in Yijinjing, which takes twelve patterns as two exercises. It is methodical, dynamic and static, clear up the deficiency inside and outside, and double-cultivate life, which is authentic for entering the Tao. The twelve figures are: Figure 27, Figure 8, Figure 27, Figure 8, Figure 16, Figure 18, Figure 6, Figure 13, Figure 34, Figure 8, Figure 10. This can't be found in the Yijinjing, which is circulated by martial arts today, but what you can see is mostly expressed by their own interpretation in the Twelve Schemas. Although you can't get the Tao from this, it is a superior method as a martial arts practice.

At present, the Yijin Sutra, which is the most widely circulated among martial arts schools, is Wei Tuo's second brother Jin, and some schools consider it a secret. Some martial arts books and periodicals, such as Twelve Tendencies of Dharma Yijin Jing, Yijin Jing, Twelve Tendencies Yijin Jing, Shaolin Yijin Jing, Shaolin Yijin Jing Internal Strength, etc. , in fact, is the twelve tendencies of Wei Tuo, although their names are different. The only difference is that some of them enrich some theoretical contents and add some changes. The techniques of Yijinjing are different from Wei's twelve potentials, including Wuqinxi Gonggong, Zuobaduanjin, Libadauanjin, Hangbaduanjin, Shiduanjin, Shibadauanjin, Black Zijin and Eight Kung Fu.

Looking down on the Wulin in the world, the school that attaches the most importance to the cultivation of Yijinjing is Emei School in Sichuan. Emei, Wudang and Shaolin are three pillars, and their subordinates have the reputation of five flowers and eight leaves, which is called sixty-eight kinds of boxing. Among them, Lin Huang School has seven plates of Yi Gong Jin, Qingcheng School has the inner alchemy of the Golden Sutra, Hong Men has twelve kinds of skills, the monk has Yi Jin to wash the Sutra and Prince Gong Jin, Sunmen has Yi Jin to wash the Sutra and has four kinds of skills, Huamen has Prince Gong Jin, and Silkworm has closed doors. There are black and Dharma skills in Panmen, Yijinjing in Luomen, Yijinjing in Songxi, Yijinjing in Damori in Sujia, Baduanjin and Yijinjing in Renjia, etc., and they all try their best to have their own training methods.

In a narrow sense, it is a combination of static and dynamic exercises. Dynamic exercises generally adopt the principle of skill conservation, that is, the limbs always maintain a certain strength in the process of movement, while static exercises generally adopt the method of exerting force layer by layer, that is, the strength frame remains relatively static, and each breath adds a force. This kind of repetitive exercise with strong stimulation and full load can leave a permanent memory in the subconscious, thus completing the transformation of skills and potential, and will eventually produce a wonderful effect of unconscious release at an appropriate time. However, they all have their own emphases. Effective usage includes the use of special strength, special tendon, special movement of blood vessels and special pulp washing, all of which are designed according to their own needs.

The author believes that no matter what kind of muscle relaxation skills, even if they are self-contained, as long as they persist in exercise, they can achieve the effects of strengthening the body, changing the bones and muscles, eliminating diseases and prolonging life, and keeping youthful vitality forever, without pursuing any orthodox and authentic name. My China Wushu is authentic, but not authentic. They are always influencing and absorbing each other, enriching and improving China's boxing. Many martial arts have the same place, that is, "although the potential is not sought, the strength is the same."

There are few rules and regulations in the world. Who says that "one family is the only one" is good? Zheng Mo, it's only a matter of time. For the great development of Wushu in China, we should take responsibility together.
