2. Tiantai fragrant fish
Tiantai fragrant fish is mainly produced in Youxi at the eastern foot of Cangshan Mountain, only 40 miles away from the East China Sea. In autumn, fragrant fish lay eggs in the deep pools of swimming streams. After that, the stream gradually became cold and the larvae swam downstream. When winter goes and spring comes, the stream gets warmer, and the small fragrant fish goes upstream again, grows up in the swimming stream and lays eggs after autumn. This unique habit, like swallows and geese, is very interesting. In earlier years, there were a few fragrant fish in Lingjiang, which were called "Five Treasures of Yanshan Mountain", but in recent years, due to water pollution, it is not easy to see them. Yongxicheng in Tiantai Mountain is the only producing area. Here, the water is clear and the stone is clean, the vegetation is lush, and the fragrant fish is infested, which is like entering a paradise.
3. jiaozi omelet
Jiaozi omelet is the only unique food on the rooftop. Every year, in Tomb-Sweeping Day, during July 30th, winter solstice and China New Year, every family wraps them as holiday food. I also ate Mid-Autumn Festival in long summer in recent years. There is a custom of eating jiaozi to entertain relatives and friends.

I will eat more and more miscellaneous grain cakes, but this paste-pulled tofu stuffing just makes up for this. It can't be said that it is exactly the same as the paste, but it doesn't matter! It is actually a soup made of starch, in which diced bamboo shoots, mustard greens, peanuts and oil bubbles can be added ... a bowl of the same delicious sauce. Perfect for breakfast.
I feel that this dish is related to the designation of Hu spicy soup in Henan, but it tastes simpler, fresher and makes people tired of eating. I can't help but use the cliche of "mother's taste" to describe it, because it really resembles the noodle soup supper my mother cooked for me when I was hungry.

The same seemingly ordinary food is actually the "intangible cultural heritage" of Tiantai!
It is made of glutinous rice, which is said to be soft and delicate. It was once used to entertain distinguished guests. But I haven't tried. This looks top-notch and won't fit in. Friends who have eaten can speak out.
The old urchin dried vegetable cake beef blood soup is a famous local old shop, which can be seen from the fading degree of the signboard. There was no place to sit in the shop, so I bought a prune cake. I want to say when I buy it, where is the prune cake? How delicious can it be?
But the result is really delicious, not to mention how special the taste is, that is, the filling is full, the bread is crisp outside and tough inside, freshly baked, giving people the feeling that it is really made with heart, an extreme prune cake!

Cow blood soup is also a special food in Tiantai. The old urchin has it, but there is no place to sit and eat, so he dare not try (in fact, I dare not).
