"Blueberry Orchard" is the first stop after entering the Blues International Manor, so it has the function of tourist reception service, including the "Blueberry Orchard" tourist service center and ecological parking lot. The tourist service center has the functions of front desk reception, popular science exhibition, special restaurant, fruit tasting area, picking, packaging and settlement, and office work.
The main function of blueberry orchard is fruit picking experience. Designers transformed the original simple greenhouse, expanded the area of the inner passage of the greenhouse, increased the function of "instant picking", transformed the greenhouse into a place for placing fresh fruits, and carefully packaged the facade of the greenhouse, which made the original ordinary greenhouse put on new clothes and added fun to traditional picking. The main products in this area are: greenhouse picking shed, melon and fruit promenade, music strawberry leisure bar and so on.
2. "Blue Workshop" Creative Agriculture Experience Zone:
"Blue Workshop" is a creative workshop in Blues International Manor, and its functions include: visiting, DIY experience by hand, special catering, entertainment and so on. It is full of creativity and is a paradise for experiencers. Here, tourists can personally participate in the production of jam, fruit, fruit wine, cakes, ice cream and other gourmet desserts, and the processed products are sold to tourists who make them themselves at high prices, which is memorable.
In order to create this creative atmosphere, the designer designed the factory building as a bunker (semi-underground), with the roof covered with soil and grass, and the facade of the building was simple and fashionable, which met the aesthetic standards of modern people and was a distinctive creative building.
It is worth mentioning that when designing this creative building, the designer also does not forget to consider its landscape effect in winter. The facade of this building is a simple white wall. When winter comes, the green grass on the roof no longer exists, but it is covered by winter snow. The white snow and the white wall set each other off, which makes the landscape effect of the building unique.
3. "Love Bruce" Flower Art Sightseeing Area:
"Love Bruce" is a sea of flowers. Designers use romantic blue-purple flowers such as lavender and sage in their designs to make this land a sea of flowers. The whole flower sea covers an area of nearly 300 mu, creating an exotic romantic atmosphere. There are also some landscape structures in Huahai, such as fountains, European trains, railway tracks and thatched houses. Entering the Garden of Eden means entering a romantic world, which will become an excellent place to express and convey love. Many activities have been planned for this purpose, including weddings, weddings, marriage proposals and other festivals, as well as business activities such as corporate gatherings, celebrations and outdoor meetings.
It is also the best place for photography, and many photographers from Beijing and around Beijing come here to experience the rare flower sea wonders in the suburbs of Beijing. At the same time, Blues International Manor also cooperates with wedding companies, and now more than 30 couples come here for wedding photography every day. It has become a unique wedding photography place in the suburbs of Beijing.
4. "Blues Wetland" Park:
Blues Wetland Park is located in the northeast corner of the project site. It is a small ecological wetland built by using groundwater resources where the project is located. It is an outdoor recreation area of Blues International Manor. Key project products include: fishing pond, waterfront amusement facilities, camping space, sports ground, picnic buffet barbecue area, etc. This is also the place where the Blues International Manor holds a bonfire party at night.
5. "Xiangquan Garden" Theme Hot Spring Resort:
"Xiangquan Garden" theme hot spring resort is a holiday product group featuring hot spring health preservation and hot spring entertainment. Located in the southeast corner of Blues International Manor, a relatively independent area. It is a high-end holiday product of Blues International Manor, which can operate independently and receive tourists. At the same time, as a part of the Blues International Manor, its overall style is also unified with other regions, and the overall landscape is also created with flowers to create a classical European garden with beautiful environment. The main projects are: hot spring resort hotel, hot spring club, hot spring spa, hot spring water entertainment, hot spring holiday cabin and so on.
