Beijing Fenghuangling Natural Scenic Area is located in Niegezhuang Township, Haidian District, 33 kilometers away from Tiananmen Square. Enjoy the name of "green lung" in Beijing. You can take bus No.346 directly to Fenghuangling Station in the scenic spot. The whole journey is 27 kilometers, and it takes about 1 hour to arrive.

1. Go north along the west bank of Jingmi diversion canal, turn left at Niegezhuang, and you will arrive at the scenic spot.

2. Take Badaling Expressway to Bei 'an River exit to the west. Go north along Beiqing Road to Sujiatuo intersection or Beianhe intersection to Niegezhuang and then go west to reach the scenic spot.

Matters needing attention

1. Bring your own sportswear, sneakers, sweat towels, water and snacks. On the way to the northbound entrance, there will be some mountain roads that can go up the mountain and reach the cliff stone carvings in Fenghuangling. Cliff carving takes the main road to the northbound parking lot and then goes up to the northbound entrance.

2. Phoenix Ridge is a rocky mountain, the main peak is 748 meters above sea level, which is divided into three lines. Among them, the ladder on the northern line is an interesting section, and only one person can walk, so the safety is guaranteed, but heart disease and hypertension should be considered as appropriate.

It is suggested to eat something before climbing to the top of the mountain. Find a shady place before climbing to the top of the mountain. When you are tired, stop and have a rest. Don't be brave.

4. If you go down the mountain, it takes less time to return to the original road. It takes 2-3 hours to get down from the other side after the summit.

If you walk a long way and find the road is poor, or there are no stone steps, no road signs and no garbage cans, you are basically going the wrong way. So please be sure to follow the signs of the scenic spot for sightseeing.
