Baizhi Dihuang Pill specializes in treating yin deficiency and excessive fire, and teaches you how to use it correctly.
Fire due to yin deficiency is flourishing, commonly known as deficiency fire. From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, excessive fire due to yin deficiency refers to the phenomenon that yin deficiency can't control yang qi, imbalance between yin and yang, hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency, and heat is generated to turn into fire. Yin deficiency leads to yang exuberance, while yin deficiency leads to internal heat. The yang in the body is not really strong, but appears strong because of yin deficiency. Excessive fire due to yin deficiency belongs to deficiency fire, which is mostly caused by deficiency of essence and blood, serious injury of body fluid due to yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency, so deficiency heat and deficiency fire are endogenous.

Generally speaking, internal heat due to yin deficiency is more common in general signs of deficiency heat. However, yin deficiency and excessive fire are often concentrated in a certain part of the body. For example, toothache, sore throat, dry lips, bone steaming hot flashes, zygomatic redness, dry stool, short and red urine, etc. Caused by virtual fire.

In other words, it can also regulate oral ulcers while regulating yin deficiency and excessive fire. )

Traditional Chinese medicine theory mentions "warm in summer, clear in autumn and warm in winter". Chinese medicine attaches great importance to the "harmony of qi", which is transformed into enough activity energy, so that the body and mind can be stretched and relaxed, and the heart naturally calms down. Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes "both physical and mental cultivation". When you are in poor health, it is easy to affect your mind. When the mind is impatient, the body will slowly weaken. Cultivate good living habits, gradually adjust your temper, habits and personality, your mood will be more stable, and all diseases will naturally stay away.

Finally, I would like to explain Dr. Feng's views on health preservation and harmony of the five elements: the five elements are in harmony with each other. If one of them is out of balance, the other five organs will be out of balance, and the five internal organs will cause many physical symptoms, which will lead to insomnia, dreaminess, wakefulness, tinnitus, palpitation, shortness of breath, abdominal distension, loose stool, night sweats, damp heat, phlegm dampness, stagnation of liver qi, and so on.
