Practice of plum sparerib pot
1 Fried pork ribs in hot oil. Add onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Then move to the Taji pot.
2 First, put the ribs in a pot with water, boil them, drain the blood, and rinse them with cold water. The first step is to add water yourself.
3 Add a little soy sauce and a little cooking wine and simmer for half an hour. Situation: After stewing for fifteen minutes, I smelled the burning smell of onions. When I opened it, the onion under it was burnt by soy sauce. Fortunately, I found it early and my ribs were fine. After handling the scene, I was still a little worried, but I added a little water to the pot and stewed for the next 15 minutes. To sum up, the fire may still be bigger and smaller (I asked XiaoMao later, and she said she wanted a very, very small fire T_T), and the bottom of the pot should be brushed with some oil, and the bottom of the pot should be full of onions.
4 After the ribs are stewed, add plums, potatoes and carrots, and continue to stew for 15-20 minutes.
By this time, plums have been stewed, seasoned and pickled. Finally, add a spoonful of honey and start the pot. Notice that there is still a lot of soup in the pot at the end. Pay attention to turning down the fire or boiling the pot to collect the soup. I didn't notice, the soup overflowed.
