Preparation materials:
Tremella (waxy ear) fresh lily
Lycium barbarum yellow rock sugar osmanthus dry wine
Sweet potato glutinous rice flour white sugar
Specific practices:
① Soak tremella for one night in advance, and it is convenient to use the next morning.
Remove the hard part at the bottom of the tremella, and try to shred it by hand, which is more convenient for the tremella to stick together.
③ Put tremella into a health pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook for about an hour.
In the process of cooking, you can prepare sweet potato balls. Cut the sweet potato into pieces, steam it, and press it into paste. Take a small amount of sweet potato paste, add the same amount of glutinous rice flour (if the temperature is not enough, add boiling water to adjust the temperature), and knead it into smooth dough.
⑤ Knead the dough into strips, then cut it into small pieces and knead it into balls in turn. Then boil it in hot water until it floats. Take out the supercooled water for later use.
After one hour, all the lily, medlar, yellow rock sugar and sweet potato balls are poured into the pot and boiled for ten minutes, and then taken out.
⑦ Set the plate and add some wine and dried osmanthus to the bowl for decoration and seasoning.
Tremella glue tip:
① Soaking time must be sufficient.
Try to tear the tremella into small petals.
(3) After simmering, turn to high fire and stir clockwise for about one minute.
