The Origin of China Kung Fu
China Wushu, created and developed by the Chinese nation, has the functions of keeping fit, keeping fit, and defending against the enemy. Known as one of the four quintessences of China, it is deeply loved by people of all ethnic groups.

Wushu has a long history in China. The origin of Wushu can be traced back to primitive society. Primitive people fought wild animals with sticks and stone tools. Learned some basic fighting and fighting skills. With the appearance of primitive war, the single-player combat skills have been improved. During the pre-Qin period, the governors of all countries attached great importance to cultivating and training soldiers' combat skills, and fencing developed accordingly. By the Han dynasty, the "corner arrival" with the nature of fighting had a broad foundation, iron weapons were invented, and arranged continuous attack and defense routines appeared. By the Jin Dynasty, Wushu had been practiced as a "ventriloquist", and Wushu took shape. The Tang Dynasty was the heyday of China Wushu, which was spectacular and many Wushu talents stood out. The earliest record of the world-famous Shaolin Wushu also began in the early years of the Tang Dynasty. By the Song Dynasty, China Wushu was mature. Fitness and martial arts have become an important part of the life of people with lofty ideals. Moreover, among the people, an organization for studying martial arts-"She" has been formed, and some martial arts schools have begun to appear. In the Yuan Dynasty, some martial arts schools appeared, mainly teaching martial arts. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, folk martial arts were practiced more widely, with hundreds of martial arts routines, and martial arts schools tended to be stereotyped.

China Wushu has a unique style. The main contents of Wushu include boxing and instrument routines. According to different kinds of boxing, there are long and short routines, rigid and soft, single and double, with different styles and performances. But the requirements of * * * are consistent movements, changeable, ups and downs, quick and agile, and distinct rhythm. In the movements and training methods of Wushu, both have offensive and defensive functions, and kicking, hitting, throwing, taking, hitting and stabbing are the main factors that constitute Wushu routines. They all have different training characteristics and attack and defense rules. China Wushu has the charm of both form and spirit, combining inside and outside. Because martial arts movements are refined from fighting attack and defense techniques, it requires hand-to-eye and fast hand-eye. Hands and feet follow each other and coordinate up and down; Italy leads the body and urges the force with gas; Consciousness, breathing and movement must be coordinated. In the long-term development of China Wushu, eighteen kinds of martial arts or eighteen kinds of weapons have gradually evolved. It is generally believed that 18 weapons include: "sword, spear, halberd, axe, hook fork, stick, whip, hammer and turning meteor". There are far more than 18 kinds of weapons in ancient China, and the usual eighteen weapons or martial arts are just a general term.

China is rich in martial arts culture with a wide variety. According to the classification of epidemic areas, it is divided into Nanquan and Taiji Chuan. According to the temple classification, it can be divided into Shaolin Boxing, wudang boxing Boxing and Emei Boxing. According to the image classification, it can be divided into snake boxing, monkey boxing and mantis boxing. According to the technical content, it is divided into boxing, equipment, qigong and wrestling. Boxing includes Changquan, Tai Ji Chuan, Nanquan, Xingyiquan, Bagua and Tongbi. Instruments include four main forms: fencing, fencing, spears and sticks. Qigong includes Zen, Taoism, Confucianism, medicine and boxing. Wrestling originated from wrestling and sumo wrestling in ancient China, and is now called Chinese wrestling.

In the history of Wushu development in China, the most famous Wushu schools are Shaolin School, Wutang School and Emei School.

(1) Shaolin Wushu. Originated from Shaolin Temple in Songshan, Henan. Shaolin Wushu is very rich in content, and the essence of Shaolin boxing is called "Shaolin Five Boxing", which refers to dragon boxing, tiger boxing, leopard boxing, snake boxing and crane boxing. It is divided into dozens of Shaolin boxing methods, such as Xiaohong Boxing, Dahong Boxing, Luohan Boxing and Plum Blossom Pile Hammer, as well as fighting techniques such as knives, guns, swords, shovels and sticks, and has created Shaolin Yijin, small martial arts and so on. Shaolin boxing has been gradually divided into northern Shaolin boxing and southern Shaolin boxing in the development of 1000 years.

(2) Wudang Wushu. Named after Wudang Mountain, it originated in Xun County, Hubei Province. Wudang Wushu originated in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasties and prevailed in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. Wudang boxing's style is characterized by static braking, combining rigidity with softness, being good at short, being slow and fast, moving with intention and moving with pneumatic body. Wu Tangmen's boxing methods include Wuji Boxing, Changting Boxing, Ape Voldemort Boxing, Sanshou at the age of six and Taiyi five elements boxing at the age of five. Wudang weapons include Wudang sword, Bai Hongjian, Liuhe gun, Liuhe knife and Songxi stick. Taijiquan is a famous boxing in Wudang, which has great influence. Many tribes have evolved in Tai Ji Chuan during its long-term spread, among which the most widely spread and influential Tai Ji Chuan are Chen Tai Ji Chuan, Yang Tai Tai Ji Chuan, Wu Tai Ji Chuan, Wu Tai Ji Chuan and Sun Tai Taijiquan. After refining, there are simplified Tai Ji Chuan, 48-type Tai Ji Chuan and 88-type Tai Ji Chuan.

(3) Emei Wushu. Originated in Emei Mountain in Sichuan, it was formed in Ming Dynasty. Emei boxing combines the strengths of various schools and forms a unique technique and style. Its main offensive and defensive features are small movements, great changes, combining rigidity with flexibility, leveraging strength, static braking, dynamic control of static, drifting with the tide when attacking and defending, leveraging counterattack and quick decision. Emei Boxing is divided into four major schools, namely, Monk Gate, Yue Gate, Du Gate and Zhao Gate, and four minor schools, namely, Hong Men, Sliding Gate, Gate and Huimen. It is also divided into five schools, namely, Huang Lin, Yunnan Art, Qingcheng, Tiefo and Qingniu.

Besides, Qigong and wrestling also occupy a place in China Wushu.

In the process of development, it is gradually combined with various theoretical schools. Confucianism nourishes qi and aims at self-cultivation. Buddhism nourishes qi, aiming at eliminating distractions and achieving meditation. There are many schools of Qigong, especially Taoist Qigong.

Wrestling is a two-person martial arts sport.
