The first is the traditional way of eating. Take out a proper amount of Colla Corii Asini, mash it in a container, then add crystal sugar, yellow wine and water, and fully soak it for 1 to 2 days. After Colla Corii Asini is dissolved, add proper amount of walnut kernel and longan pulp, stir well, cook in a pot until dissolved, cool and store in a refrigerator. Dig 1 to 2 spoonfuls of boiling water every day.
Followed by diet therapy, you can add Ejiao to the food when cooking. For example, gelatin porridge can be cooked, and a proper amount of gelatin can be put into the porridge to cook, which can play the role of nourishing yin and moistening the lungs. Or clean lean meat and cut it into pieces, and stew it with donkey-hide gelatin and white sugar to treat anemia. You can also use Ejiao to make soup, Ejiao cake, Ejiao yellow wine and so on. Ejiao cake can be made into walnut Ejiao cake and longan Ejiao cake, depending on your own preferences. After making it, you still eat 1-2 spoonfuls a day.
If the above methods are troublesome and inconvenient to operate, you can also use the simplest way to make Ejiao paste with Ejiao. Grind Colla Corii Asini into powder, put it in a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil it with low fire, then pour in the freshly boiled milk and mix it with Colla Corii Asini. The second is to grind Ejiao into powder, put it in the microwave oven, pour boiling water, bite it in the microwave oven for a while, then take it out and stir it, put it in the refrigerator and take it at any time.
