Production steps:
1. Wash plums with clear water and soak them in three spoonfuls of baking soda 15 minutes.
2. Rinse and drain. Go through the plum and stick it to the core.
3. Marinate with salt for two hours.
4. Pour out the salt water and rinse it with cold boiled water.
5. Take the plums out and put them in a clean basin, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
6. Add lemon juice and honey and mix well (the sweetness and sourness are adjusted according to everyone's preferences).
7. Seal the basin with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator overnight, or put it in a sealed can for refrigeration.
