How to make lung-moistening Sydney water
The practices of Sydney Water are as follows:

Material preparation: pear, rock sugar, medlar, health pot and water.

1. Prepare pear (oval red pear).

2. Wash and core the pears (don't peel them). You can add crystal sugar and medlar instead of pears, autumn pears and other pears.

3. Cut the pear into pieces and put it in a health pot (a small soup pot is also acceptable) together with the wolfberry crystal sugar. If you put a few pieces of rock sugar in it, you will get bored easily.

4. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for about 15 minutes.

5. Cook for a while and you can drink it. If you can't drink it all at once, you can keep it warm for two times.
