At first, many friends around me were worried that I didn't get enough sleep and my health was not affected after knowing that I had the habit of getting up at four in the morning. Some people even call me crazy. But this year has passed, and I enjoy the feeling that everything is quiet at four o'clock. Therefore, people often say "go to bed early and get up early", "sleep is the first tonic", "sleep is the tonic of heaven, and people can't make it up", "sleep accounts for seven tenths of health" and so on.
