First, typical symptoms

(3)50% of the patients showed intermittent parotid swelling and pain, involving one or both sides. Most of them can subside spontaneously in about 10 days, but sometimes they will continue to swell. A few have submandibular gland enlargement, and sublingual gland enlargement is less.

(4) Tongue is characterized by sore tongue, chapped tongue surface and atrophy and smoothness of tongue nipple.

(5) Oral mucosal ulcer or secondary infection.

Symptoms of keratoconjunctivitis sicca: dry eyes, foreign body sensation, less tears and other symptoms appear due to the decrease of mucin secreted by lacrimal gland, and severe cases cry without tears. Some patients have recurrent purulent infection of eyelid margin, conjunctivitis and keratitis.

Second, accompanying symptoms

1, symptoms of skin and mucous membrane: About 1/4 patients have a rash, which can be a purpura-like rash higher than the skin surface, and it is more common in lower limbs. It is a kind of pimple with particle size, clear boundary, unfading when pressed, and appearing in batches. The author can leave pigmentation after repeated appearances. Urticaria-like rash and erythema nodosum may also occur.

2. Musculoskeletal symptoms: About 80% patients have joint pain, of which 10% have joint swelling, most of which are not serious, and most of them can relieve themselves, with few joint destroyers; Some patients' joint manifestations are very similar to rheumatoid arthritis. 3% ~ 14% patients have myositis.
