The finished product is 4.5 stewing method:
1. Soak tremella in cold water, wash, remove the hard pedicle and tear small pieces.
2. Add water to the tremella and rock sugar and put them into the pot. After the fire is boiled, simmer for 50 minutes until the tremella becomes soft and thick.
3. Peel Sydney, cut it into small pieces, put it in the pot, and continue to cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
Exercise 2:
1. You can buy "broken tremella" and eat it yourself, which is convenient for stewing.
2. Soak in cold water for about 1 hour and then wash.
3. Pour in the stone pot, add rock sugar and water.
4. Turn on the fire and cover the pot for stewing.
5. After the water is boiled, cover it and simmer.
6. Peel, core and cut Sydney into small pieces.
7. After the tremella is stewed for about 40 minutes, put the Sydney pieces and turn to a big fire.
8. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
9. Sprinkle some medlar while eating and microwave for 2 minutes.
Tips:
1. Tremella should be soaked in water in advance.
2. Sydney needs to be peeled and pitted.
3. Add Sydney when the tremella is stewed to 80% rotten.
4. Don't stew too much at once, and don't eat it overnight. Cooked tremella should not be left for too long, because the nitrate contained in it will be reduced to nitrite under the decomposition of bacteria, which is very toxic and will cause serious harm to human body.
