Professor Liu Yunhui 1986 graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of China Medical University, and 1989 obtained a master's degree from China Medical University, and stayed in the same year. 1992 got the opportunity to study abroad for a doctorate, and studied at Yamanashi Medical University in Japan. During the study, doctors received systematic training in modern microsurgical techniques and gained advanced knowledge of neurosurgery in Japan. Studying hard made him publish many SCI papers during the blog attack. Because of his outstanding scientific research achievements, his scientific research achievements have been appreciated by Professor Blake of the University of California. 1997 After graduation, I was invited to take a two-year postdoctoral course at UCLA. In America, he studied harder and forgot to study. Many scientific research projects go hand in hand, and clinical knowledge and basic research methods are studied together. When his colleagues celebrated the festival at their home on Christmas Eve, he worked until 3 am. Here, he learned the world's leading gene therapy technology for brain tumors, DC tumor vaccine immunotherapy technology for glioma, selective opening of blood-brain barrier technology for brain tumors and other modern scientific research methods. Many SCI papers are published in American high-level journals. After two years of postdoctoral work, he declined the high salary of the American boss and took his family on the journey of returning to China to serve the motherland. 1After returning to China in July, 1999, he quickly applied the microsurgical techniques learned in Japan and the United States to clinic, and took the lead in developing modern neurosurgical techniques such as pituitary adenoma resection via single nostril approach, microsurgical aneurysm clipping, syringomyelia-subarachnoid shunt and lateral ventricle-sagittal sinus shunt in Northeast China, which made outstanding contributions to the development and popularization of microsurgery in Liaoning. Because of his outstanding achievements in medical teaching and scientific research, he was promoted to full professor, doctoral supervisor and deputy director of neurosurgery by China Medical University in 2002. He has won awards such as outstanding young backbone teachers in Liaoning Province and billion-person project in Liaoning Province.

Professor Liu Yunhui attaches great importance to talents and supports the development of new technologies. In recent years, 23 doctoral students and 36 master students have been trained. Successfully carried out neurointerventional techniques and functional neurosurgery. Interventional therapy of intracranial aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, dural arteriovenous fistula, carotid cavernous fistula and occlusive cerebrovascular disease has always been in the leading position in China. The application of long-term video EEG monitoring and intracranial electrode implantation has improved the diagnosis rate of epilepsy patients and the accuracy of surgery, and the surgical effect is good, which has won unanimous praise from patients and their families, and also filled the gap in this treatment field in Northeast China. Recently, BrainLab stereotactic neuronavigation system was purchased. Combined with preoperative magnetic resonance examination, through software simulation and supplemented by various image display methods, various surgical schemes can be compared and analyzed, so as to choose the best surgical method. Through accurate intraoperative real-time image guidance, the target can be reached in a straight line, which can avoid the damage of normal brain tissue, protect important neurological functional structures, greatly improve the safety of surgery, reduce complications and reduce the burden on patients.
