Shen Jiaqiu is not dead. Shen Jiaqiu, senior economist, senior political engineer, party member, enjoys special allowance from the State Council. He was an important figure in state-owned enterprises during the period of reform and opening up. He successfully saved a pharmaceutical factory on the verge of bankruptcy and founded the first pharmaceutical listed company in Hunan Province.
