Tourist community is located on the east bank of Rushan Haikou, which is mainly formed by siltation of coastal beaches. It is planned to set up a foreign-related tourist dock, port service area, waterfront dining area, Adi Paradise tourist shopping street, fisherman's folk village (night fishing) and water entertainment area through reclamation and greening transformation.
Xirushan holiday residential community
Located in the south of XiRushan Mountain and the west bank of Rushan Haikou, it is planned to transform the existing coastal beaches and build them into holiday residential communities.

Located in the foothills surrounded by Guangding Mountain and Xishan Mountain, facing the sea, the environment is claustrophobic. With the wedding as the theme, the planning has set up a location base for wedding photography, as well as patchwork huts, waterfalls and other landscapes, which are suitable for couples' honey juice, wedding, honeymoon and other activities.

The museum will collect poems and songs praising Hemerocallis by literati from ancient times to the present, so that modern people who live in high-rise buildings and are busy outside can feel the connotation of traditional culture and have the opportunity to feel for their mothers and express their wandering feelings.

It is the core building of the whole religious and cultural tourist area-built on the water on the north side of Huludao, the visual center of the area and the largest hall dedicated to pharmacists and buddhas in the world. The base is a huge colored lotus floating on the sea level, with a diameter of 60 meters. Above it is the main hall with unique shape, dedicated to pharmacists seven buddha and Sakyamuni Buddha. The tower is seven stories high, meaning: instead of building a seven-level pagoda, it is better to eliminate disasters and diseases for all beings. This tower is dedicated to 28 Buddha statues.

Building an island in the waters surrounded by the original dike means that secular beings can only enter under the guidance of Bodhisattva.
