Formula of herbal tea for reducing fire, detoxicating and eliminating dampness
1. Lily osmanthus tea

Ingredients: 20g lily, osmanthus fragrans 10g, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Exercise:

1) lily is soaked in clear water 1h, and washed several times;

2) put lily and osmanthus into a teacup;

3) brew hot water in a cup and add some rock sugar to taste.

Efficacy: clearing away heat and promoting fluid production, detoxifying and moistening throat, making skin more delicate.

2. Coix seed lotus leaf tea

Ingredients: coix seed, lotus leaf, red dates, medlar and rock sugar.

Exercise:

1) Cut the lotus leaf into small pieces and soak it in water for 30min;;

2) Put Coicis Semen, Fructus Jujubae and Fructus Lycii into a stew pot, add appropriate amount of water and stew for 30 minutes; ;

3) Mix the stewed Coix seed and red date soup with the soaked lotus leaf juice, add a proper amount of rock sugar (which can be added according to taste) and mix well.

Efficacy: invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness, whitening skin, clearing away heat and toxic materials.

3. Chrysanthemum and wolfberry tea

Materials: Chrysanthemum 10g, Lycium barbarum 10g, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Exercise:

1) Wash medlar and chrysanthemum with clear water;

2) Put Lycium barbarum and Chrysanthemum into a teacup and add a proper amount of hot water;

3) Add appropriate amount of rock sugar to taste.

Efficacy: clearing away heat and toxic materials, improving eyesight and lowering blood pressure, moistening lung and relieving cough.
