Shrimp, mushroom and vegetable porridge
Ingredients: rice 1 cup, 7 or 8 shrimps, 2 mushrooms, appropriate amount of corn, green beans and carrots, and a handful of green vegetables.
The mushrooms I use are wet. If they are dry, they need to be soaked. The corn, green beans and carrots in the supermarket are all frozen. They can be used in various vegetable omelets, pizzas and porridge. Very convenient. Vegetables are oily wheat vegetables. In fact, there is no specific standard for this ingredient. For example, if there is no corn, green beans and carrots, shredded carrots can be added, and vegetables can be replaced with small rapeseed and Chinese cabbage. In a word, nothing is static, just grasp it flexibly according to the actual situation.

1 Prepare all ingredients and wash the rice; Remove the shrimp line from the shrimp, and wash the head and body of the shrimp separately; Sliced mushrooms; Soak corn, mung bean and carrot in water and take them out; Cut vegetables.
2 cool the oil in a hot pot. When the oil is hot, add the shrimp head and fry the shrimp oil. As a child growing up by the sea, I have no resistance to all kinds of seafood. Watching red shrimp oil get fried is really super healing.
After the shrimp oil was fried, I added water to the pot, then turned off the fire and replaced it with another casserole, mainly because the porridge cooked in the iron pot would stick to the bottom of the pot.
Re-ignite the fire, add rice after the water boils. In fact, I really don't know the amount of rice and water. I won't tell you that I put too much rice in my cooking and then keep adding water.
Cook for about 20 minutes, remember to stir it a few times to prevent the bottom of the pot from burning, but the casserole I bought is quite easy to use and not sticky at all. There should be a proud face here.
6 After the rice is cooked, add shrimps, mushrooms, green beans, carrots and corn kernels in turn, and cook for 10 minute.
Finally, add vegetables and continue to cook for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and a little white pepper, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while.
