For beginners, it is absolutely not recommended to practice cross-legged immediately. We can start with a single cross-legged. The benefits of kneeling posture: 1, can effectively treat low back pain, because most of the causes of low back pain are spinal deformity and poor blood circulation.
2, can massage the tip of the calf, effectively relieve knee pain, lower limb paralysis, unfavorable flexion and extension, and can also dredge meridians, dispel wind and cold, regulate qi and reduce swelling.
When kneeling, you can't put the weight of your whole body on your feet with your hips. The thigh muscles of the foot must exert force to support the body slightly, so that there is a paper gap between the buttocks and the feet. Keep your spine straight and your body feels slightly floating. You can develop a good kneeling posture without hurting your knees.
Kneeling posture is especially suitable for people who often sit and have a bad waist.
Because it was done in bed at night, I had to support it with two hands at first, and the pain was unbearable after more than ten seconds. I feel very comfortable after more than a month.
When sitting cross-legged and kneeling, our hearts and environment should be calm. Cover our legs with blankets to avoid catching cold.
