The 600,000-ton new factory building mainly includes raw material storage silo, raw material processing system, saccharification room, fermentation room, packaging room, finished product warehouse, public works room (water, electricity, steam, gas and cold), sewage treatment, office building and staff shift building. The staff shift building is built according to the three-star design standard and humanized concept, and is equipped with facilities and services such as water heater, washing machine, air conditioner, TV and broadband network, badminton and basketball court. It is a comprehensive building integrating catering, entertainment, training, consumption and accommodation.

The concepts of energy saving, emission reduction, energy saving and consumption reduction, environmental protection and leading technology are always implemented in the construction of a 600,000-ton new plant from every process of planning and design, equipment prototype and engineering construction.

Raw material processing system: the pulverizer is a vertical hammer pulverizer with dustproof and explosion-proof functions and automatic operation control.

Saccharification system: the saccharification pot and gelatinization pot adopt external honeycomb integral heat exchange jacket, which has good heat exchange effect; Using filter press to filter, the wort yield is high, reaching 12 batches per day. The saccharification equipment system is also equipped with a low-pressure dynamic boiling heat energy recovery device and a vacuum evaporation "flash evaporation" device, which saves energy and has high wort quality. At the same time, the saccharification system realizes full automatic operation. The technical quality of saccharification system is leading in China.

Fermentation system: the raw materials of fermentation tank and sake tank are stainless steel tanks, which are cooled by advanced laser welding integral cooling jacket and ammonia refrigeration. The system is energy-saving and equipped with automatic control system.

Packaging system: A 40,000-bottle/hour beer packaging line is installed. The beer bottles are fully automated from bottle unloading, cleaning, filling, sterilization, labeling, inspection, transportation, packaging and palletizing, and equipped with world-leading automatic bottle inspection machines, automatic wine inspection machines and other beer quality control equipment.
